Clark said in that interview that he does not want to do Christian music.

Whatever will be, will be.  Like I said, Clark didn't win and has his options open.  Time will tell what happens.

My guy (Quentin) got knocked out early so I didn't have a real dog in this hunt. I did vote for Clark though. At the end of the day, both Nick and Clark would have been worthy winners so I can't complain. They both seem like nice guys too. So congrats to Nick.

I lost all but Jax before top 5!  And Trevor and Riley right off the bat!!  So, I have had better Idol seasons    Only two times did my fave from the get-go win.  Cook and Phillip.  Though with Justin and Kelly I really didn't care.  Loved them both.

Badger, my horse was Quentin and the show didn't feel the same after he left.

It lost its drama and intensity.

I am happy Nick won and hope Clark does well.

That's right. The only winner I've ever picked is Kelly, so if you're placing bets, just bet on the one I don't pick.

Alex and Sam seem to be doing well in an indy way and I still hope Angie gets something going.

Everybody has different taste in what they like.

Season 1 i was not voting but liked Kelly
Season 2 it was Clay and Josh Gracin i liked the best and also liked Kim Locke.
Season 3 it was Diana and George the whole way with me and it ticked me off knowing neither would win cause the writing was on the wall from day one that it would be a woman winner and that it would be Tasia. She was their girl the first day she auditioned and there was NO WAY she was not going to win regardless of votes from America!
Season 4 I loved Anthony Fedorov but have no problem with Carrie and like her music
Season 5 loved Taylor, Chris and Ellott. Should have been Taylor and Chris in the finals and if that would have happened I would not of cared who won.
Season 6 like Hayley the best but do like Jordan
Season 7 loved the David's and Jason. Wanted David A to win it but was not upset with David C. winning it
Season 8 Kradison were my three and I got the top two I wanted and would have been happy with either outcome cause I adore both Kris and Adam. Those two are my top two guys for Any idol!!!
Season 9 liked Crystal
Season 10 liked Stefano but have no problem with Scotty
Season 11 liked Josh and Holly
Season 12 liked Angie
Season 13 and 14 did not watch at all!!

He should try out for The Voice!  Blake would help him out with his country connections.  Blake has helped several of his former contestants.  The Swon Brothers are doing really well and touring all over plus songs on the radio.  His winner from last year is doing really well also.  His winner from a couple years ago is having success too. 

I still cannot get into IDF.  Canear - can you get in??

OK, making sure it is just not me.  They have been down for several days.  Hope that never happens to us.

The only time I have heard of a judge helping a former Idol contestant is Randy helping Kim from season 2.  I thought Simon would help Adam but no.  So I am not sure Keith will help him.  Would be nice though.

I don't Simon had that ability with AI? His company Syco did sign the Winner's but don't think he produced any AI people. He does that with Xfactor UK and BGT though.

I hope Riley definitely auditions for the Voice.

I was reading back through the thread cause I am looking for something and saw you guys mention Taylor and coronation song. Taylor did get into with the people who chose the songs but it was not about Do I Make You Proud. They wanted him to sing something else originally and from all accounts it was not a good song at all and so not Taylor. Because he refused to sing it they found Do I Make You Proud. Taylor made the song his own and is actually pretty proud of it. The single sold really well and is used like crazy even today at things like Graduations.
