Per some interviews online Scott has made it very clear he wants Tristan to win!

Scott is way Skeevy. As Teddy mentioned in one of her post Tristan should run as far away from him as possible.

I don't want Dalton to be stifled by Scott either. I'm between a rock and a hard place because of that because on one hand I want Dalton to win because he wants it and to shut up his naysayers but then I don't Scott anywhere near him!

BTW that apparently isn't Tristan in the picture, it is the yoga instructor. From what Tristan said on Twitter she isn't very flexible and the instructor stepped in.

Then why isn't she in the picture just standing there like the others???  She isn't in that picture or on Bing???  Weird.

Well, I know Mac won't win so I am not worried about what Scott will do with him    BUT, Mac is one of his faves though so that is nice at least. 

I would like Mac to get the hometown visit and enough exposure that he can do little tours or clubs or some indie label will give him a go.

Love Bob Dylan and Neil Young. Both have quirky voices but it works as they are multitalented and are so creative. I like many genres. Also adore Steve Earle and John Mellencamp. There's room in this world for many styles of singers and styles of music.

Scott might be a good fit for Tristan as look what he's done for Taylor Swift.

My guess is Tristan refused. She is like that. Oh I am not flexible I won't do it.

FC Mac is a WGWG. I am quite sure he will be top 3 or win. Never ever would I have thought anyone could beat Adam and Kris another singer songwriter did.  Personally, I think Mac has a better voice than Kris. 

Hopefully Bradford Cobb is really interested in Dalton as reported on Daltons mom's Facebook page.  But who knows if that was just a fan posting pie in the sky stuff.  I think he would be a great manager for Dalton.  Get Dalton on a tour with Selena Gomez.

How could I forget Neil Young? He is one of my all time favorite singers Kate. Yes very quirky voice. Limited range but it works for him.

It is very odd that Tristan is not in that photo of them.  If she refused than that is just bizarre! I am not flexible either and even I can stand the way the others are.

I fear LaPorsha will win.  And then there is Trent.  And you can't rule out Dalton.  Or Tristan if she picks the right songs and gets pushed by the judges.  So I do fear that Mac will not win or make final 2.  So much LaP hype!  So many think she will win.

So I have myself in a place where I do not expect him to win and will just be over the moon if he makes top 3 and gets the hometown visit and makes the tour.

If I am braced for him to not win or make final 2 then I can deal with it better when he gets the boot.

Yes don't be like us Doughty fans. I still remember that feeling of utter shock. I felt like breaking something. We went out for a long walk. It was a gorgeous May evening and I cooled down lol. Them got online for the madness of the AI forums with Creda and the others in the Doughty folder.

Kate, that was the most shock and anger I ever felt with Idol. I did throw something.  I was upset when Adam did not win. Nothing like Daughtry going out at 4. Not that I expected him to win. Taylor was insanely popular. But I did think it would be Taylor vs Daughtry in the finale.

FC like you I am braced for Dalton not to win.  It would be awesome if he got his hometown visit and we Nobodies a hometown concert. But I am not counting on that either.

I felt punched in the gut when Clay lost, when Con went out 6th, when Chris went out 4th and when Adam didn't win.  All those were disappointing nights..... 

I was sad when Jess went out 4th but sorta figured that was going to happen.  I really want Mac to at least make third.  I can live with that....

Alas I think Mac or Dalton will be 3rd but both won't be final 3.  Which ever of the two lasts longest has a good shot of making the finale as they will pick up the others fans.

You are probably right there.  I think Trent and LaP will hang in there until the end making number 3 Dalton or Mac.  But I could be wrong and Tristan will hang in there and mess things up.

...and I'm going to disagree with all of you.  While I am not comfortable with Dalton having to work with Scott if he wins, I do think he will be in the Finale.  Anything less than that won't make me happy but I will happy with 2nd because I firmly believe he has other opportunities out there waiting for him.  I also believe that he has one of the biggest fanbases and will be tough to beat.

Yes, Avalon left last week.  Sonika should go this week.  Then it gets very scary.

Dalton and Mac both have a large social media fanbase, but I think Trent and LaP get a lot of votes from people who are not into social media.

Trent probably gets a lot of the Southern vote - and we know how strong that is.

Yep I meant Sonika.  I find it hard to Guage the size of fanbases since dial idol doesn't work and the AI boards are no more.   

Also it is important to pick up the fans of others as they are voted out.  This is where Adam had trouble. He didn't pick up the fans of others except some of Alisons.

My guess would be Lees would prefer MacKenzie.  
No idea where Avalon went.

Adam and Kris?  I've stayed out that thread.  Adam and Kris were Adam and Kris.  Dalton and MacKenzie are their own people.

I believe Dalton has a large fanbase from his IM5/Flyaway Hero days.  They have been very loyal despite Dalton leaving the band.  I think he inspires loyalty in his fans.  His Twitter #'s keep growing as well.  I have no idea about the others.

If people were paying attention they would see that Avalon was actually more like the guys.  She isn't pageanty like Sonika or Tristan nor bombastic like LaPorsha.  She's not a singer/songwriter type like MacKenzie so I'd say her votes go to Trent or Dalton.
