| That was a very long match equivalent to almost six sets, Jo Wilfried is going to be to tired for his next opponent and I think it will be Novak. | |

| Andy lost? BOO! I know the odds aren't really in his favor, but sometimes you never know what could happen. It sure would have been wonderful to have seen him win such a big match. I just peaked at the results for the women's gymnastic team final.................. | |

| What did he win in?
I'm sad for Missy. She was so close!!!!
Congrats to the Canadian gymnastics team. The women should be very proud of themselves finishing 5th!
Oh hey they did re-air some of last night's primetime coverage in the wee hours of the morning. I ended up staying up until around 2:30am watching some of it, but I ended up falling asleep in the end. I just missed Missy winning her Gold.

| He won the Silver in the 200m breaststroke and the men won the Gold in the 4 x 200m relay.
It's quite exciting for our women finishing 5th. They weren't expected to finish near that high.
I'm watching the Canadian coverage, Teddy. It's on 2 different channels here like 24/7 so I don't know about the coverage there.

| That's okay. I'm sure it's very different there to here. We've got coverage on several different stations, but the live coverage is on cable networks only including the NBC Universal Sports channel. I'm still incredibly pissed they moved that channel to cable. I tried to watch some online different ways but they require you to have CABLE also and just major GRRR. | |

| I know, but every time my parents are asked about it they repeatedly and sternly say "NO". I could go for it myself but it would take a whole paycheck a month away from me. | |

| Pretty well the same here. We can get a few channels without it but not much.
Sorry your parents are so stubborn about it Teddy. Guess they don't watch much tv do they?

| Nope, they don't watch much TV. They would if they were able to stay up late. They're both usually in bed at 9pm. | |

| That explains it!
They're going to have an interview with Michael Phelps on our Canadian station in a few minutes. If they put it up on their site, I'll post the link. Hopefully you'll be able to see it.

| In this house we wouldn't be able to to live without cable, our most watched channels are the golf channel and the tennis channel daily and of course all the other sport channels also. | |

| This match sure has got me on the edge of my seat. Good grief. There have been so many long point runs and for a minute you think they're good. BUT NO. All of the sudden the other side comes roaring back! | |

| Oh my such heartbreak for the Russian team after their final rotation on floor. That was a really hard loss. | |

| Where I live, you need either cable or satellite to watch TV too.
Yay for our girls in gymnastics. I stayed away from all the boards yesterday just to make sure I wouldn't be spoilered for the results. Russia pretty much imploded after the 2nd rotation so the USA girls had somewhat of a cushion going into the last rotation.

| First of all, congrats to Danell Leyva in Men's Individual Gymnastics for the Bronze today! It was an incredible feat considering the competition.
Thanks for asking Angel. Canada won 2 more medals today.......a bronze and a silver. We have a total of 6 so far, 1 silver and 5 bronze. We are expecting a Gold tomorrow in the Women's Eights Rowing.
Can't wait to see Phelps and Lochte swim against each other again tomorrow!
.....and how about contraversy in Badminton today where 4 teams were thrown out for fixing matches.
