AMERICAN IDOL - THE FINAL SEASON

Since the season is over, unless there is some news pertaining to the season in general or say someone outside the Top 4, can I suggest that we post about the individual artists in their threads?  FC, it might be nice to have a thread for Trent ....... but since nobody seems to be concerned about LaP leave anything for her here?  Just a suggestion........

To my ears Dalton is infinitely better than Kris. Way more range, power and control.  That isn't even adding movement or performance ability.

Oh my God someone that speaks eloquintly please explain what i am talking about!!!!! I don't know maybe I am writing in a different language. My thing is you being ticked at Melinda for being critical of Dalton and you can't forgive her or get past that even though she said he was a great guy and can sing. She changed her tune. But you tell people who's favorite gets put down to get over it not everybody is going to like them. My thing is why do we need to accept and get over something if you can't. Seriously Melinda is one of the nicer Idol alumni and she is not a bad person and for sure not a bitch. Still don't know if that explanation was clear enough but if it isn't then I really need somebody's help to explain it.

Angel you in certain Kris into every discussion. For years. You have an account to grind because most don't think he should have won, deserved to have won and is mediocre at best.

Why my opinion of Melinda or Sleezak bother you. IDK. I do not like them or their blog or how they only like certain singers.  You can aDore her. I really don't care. I think she made false assumptions regarding Dalton, met him, heard him sing and knows she was wrong..   you want to forgive and forget the season long bashing, you go girl.  I however will not forgive or forget.

Well. this is a sweet exchange that underlines, even more than Nigel's end run around 19 to get a phone number, that he doesn't work for Idol, and that Idol is ended. I cannot imagine him making such a declaration in the past, when the appearance of impartiality had value. Maybe he does want something from these guys...who knows? Or maybe I'm just naturally cynical. Heh.

I love Coke. Hubby's dad worked for Coke for over 40 years. Great company, good pay, dental, medical, vacation and pension. I think before he retired he had over six weeks vacation. I do like the new Dr. Pepper Vanilla. Found it at Subway last week.

I drink water all the time but i do drink diet coke or diet a and w rootbeer once in a while. don't touch sugared sodas anymore.

With the Caleb remark I was being funny but I do listen to his CD a lot. I like rock and is voice is so good. That still was my favorite part of the final. Love to see Bo with Blood, Sweat and Tears. I listned to them with David Clayton Thomas as lead vocalst on the my first radio when I was a kid.

I'm so sorry things got so rough in here today. Being in a different space and frame of my mind as I have been of late I see both sides and understand both sides. I wish things could have gone over better and not got so heated. all around.
