See, I really liked Rayvon on the second song.

Jax sucked for me on her first and last song. Liked her second song. She just doesn't have the voice for big songs and I bet she is tearing up her vocal chords on the bigger songs when she pushes her voice.

Loved Nicks first song, his second song was just ok.

I only liked Clarks last song.

Rayvon's voice is just so boring. Want him gone.

It's all a matter of opinion ........

As with all music/entertainment. 

I don't see either Clark or Nick as becoming stars when this season is over and yet women will vote them into Top 2 as so many just vote for the hot guys.  It is no coincidence that the two best looking guys are in the top 3 and only one girl left now and most girls gone right off the bat.  And Rayvon ain't going to the top of the charts either.

I want Jax's to make top 2.

I would prefer Nick with her.

But if its Clark vs Jax so be it.

I personally think the most viable contestants to possibly be successful Q and Joey are gone.

Nick could be successful on Hot AC.

I thought Jax and Nick had two awesome performances.

I find Jax pretty dated as well and hope Scott has a clue as to how to make her more current.

I find her way more current than Nick and Clark.  At least I see some hope for a possible current music career.  I just don't find Nick unique enough to make an impact when you consider all the others on Hot AC.  His first single could be successful right off of Idol - like many others.  Then reality hits in the face when album comes out and bombs.  Lat year's runner up never even got signed - and she was pretty talented.

I think The Voice with Sawyer has a real shot at a star this year.  And last's year's winner of The Voice has already had two number 1 songs on the country chart and highest debut success since Garth Brooks.  I don't see that happening with anyone from Idol this year.  Glory days are over......

Wow, since IDF is down I decided to go to MJs and man they don't see stars in any of them either.  Most think Nick will win as he is the "least offensive"   and because somebody has to win. 

So yeah, chalk this season up as it's been fun to watch and talk about, but not going to produce any stars. 

With luck my Joey might find some kind of indie success  

Clark's "Earn It" got to #79 on iTunes.  The others - way down there.  Sawyer on The Voice - all his songs have gone top 10.  Just throwing that in for comparison. 

Both shows have their finals the same week I believe.  I think any media hype is going to be about Sawyer over the Idol winner.

There are so many great posts at MJs I would love to bring here, but sadly this simple post is probably right on the money...

That is the first song of any of the contestants to crack the Top 100.  I think Jax would have done better with her second song as a single rather than that super old Who song.  I think Rayvon would have done better with the Jason D. song.  The song Clark has is from a current hot movie and soundtrack. 

Since all of Sawyer's (from The Voice) songs have gone Top 10 (most at 1 and 2 on overall and/or rock) I just am not impressed with the charting of any of the Idol's songs.  In fact most weeks it is just sad..... 

If Clark wins he best get one heck of an Idol coronation song!!

Believe it or not MJ's voters think and hope Clark goes home this week.
