What a lovely performance of My Funny Valentine from Joey. That was so pretty and classy. I loved it.

That was the most energy I've seen from Rayvon this whole competition. He really picked it up and gave it all he had. I'm just glad it wasn't another ballad. If he does make it tonight (I don't think he should) he will certainly be going out on a high.

She was my favorite and now she won't even get to tour! Freaking twitter save! Rayvon should have been gone weeks ago!

Boy, am I surprised that Joey is gone. I think she was very good tonight and Rayvon was his usual. I liked Clark, Tyanna and Joey. Also Quentin but the thing he had with Harry will hurt him in the voting. I still do not like Nick at all, but even though Clark is "boring" his voice is truly great. And so is Tyannas. But then I do not like Daughtry who is supposed to be similar to Nick. The tour of five will now be less interesting with Joey gone.

Joey and Qaasim gone. This went from a fun and diverse tour to a snoozefest.

Nick doesn't have the intensity and complexity of Chris that he puts into his music.

Can I like your post FC. They will regret going to top five for the tour with both Qaasim and Joey not there.

Nick had two very solid performances tonight. I know that's literally something I say all the time from him but it's true. Consistency like he has is really giving him that something extra IMO.

Clark came back with the second performance and delivered. It might have been snoozy (the song choice) but I thought it was pretty. Much better.

Like Clark Tyanna came back with her second performance too. It was fun. She rocked it.

Jax........JUST NO!

Joey was so much fun in her second performance. SO VERY FUN.

Back to the same old ballad for Rayvon in the second round. It was good. One of his better ones but at the same time nothing special.

I so hope the studio this week for Quentin is The Sound of Silence. I thought he was fab on this song.

I'm very disappointed Joey left. The shoe is not going to be the same without her. It'll be greatly missing something special and unique.

Yep Rayvon is like a cat. He just doesn't want to go away.

Jax's studio of Piece of My Heart is much better. I really like it.

Love Nick's studio of American Girl.

Joey's studio of Somebody To Love is just as awesome as her performance!!! Awesome.

Just as I thought it would be Quentin's studio of The Sound of Silence is wonderful!

Clark kills his studio of Superstition.

Tyanna's studio of Proud Mary is really good.

Rayvon's voice on his studio of Long Train Runnin is kind of dwarfed by the music. His voice sounds faded and too blended in. Not as center in the song as it should be.

I think Clark, Tyanna, Jax, and Nick will be in the top 5. Don't know if Quentin will be helped or hurt by what happened tonight.

From reading at IDF most people think it will hurt him.  It just wasn't an appropriate thing to do.  Regardless of his intentions it just came off like a bad attitude.  Even his fans at IDF feel it was just one huge no no.  If only he had just said he was sad for his best friend rather than looking all pissed off with attitude and saying "its all whack".   Then he came at Harry looking all tough etc.  Just was a huge mistake on his part.   Sad but true. 

His fans probably voted hard for him last night, but I will bet the more casual voters didn't.  So we shall see next week......

Just makes me cringe......  Just so not cool in this competition.  I am reading soooo many good comments that explain how I feel better than I can.  

I know he is a good guy and I know where is was coming from since Joey was my fave and I am still pissed beyond belief, but I so wish he handled it differently.

Oh, and I so agree with people hating the Twitter save!!  Rayvon probably has the least votes each week and he keeps staying while people who didn't get the least votes leave simply because his fans have gone tweet crazy to save him.  I mean imagine how many people do not tweet or even want a Twitter account.  Plus it is a total rip off of The Voice.

I applaud Quentin for helping to clarify his position to Harry. Harry has been on his back all season. Jumping on Quentin as he did because he said two great singers were B2 and twisting his words was OVER KILL. Saying he should go home was a not to subtle message to vote him out. I was glad actually cheering when Quentin walked over and clarified his remark to the viewing audience. I am loathing Harry more and more. IMO Quentin is by far the best performer. Captivating and his voice is interesting, incredible tone and yes a few pitch breaks but nothing horrific. Clark has a beautiful voice yes but he is like watching grass grow. BORING. I find I loose interest and blog vs watch him. Same with Tyanna (except when she sang stay).

I think the twitter save is a bunch of malarkey. Seriously, Rayvon has more lives than a cat. My entire twitter feed was save Joey. Rayvon is this seasons Syesha. No fanbase always polled as going but is saved week after week? I think not.

Then Harry saying Clark is the only musician? Look at the photo of the contestants. Quentin death stare, Nick laughing at Harry, Tyanna stank face, Jax rolling her eyes and Rayvon look of disgust.

On MJ's it is 78% in favor of Quentin.

Ryan lead Quentin into talking. Some are saying set up.

Hopefully Joey's fans now back Quentin.

Oh the drama!  Since I really had no vested interest in Joey, I'm not upset about it but good for Quentin!  

I haven't watched anything, probably won't until the weekend so can't comment on anything else.

Continue to be your boring, wonderful self Clark!  

But Harry didn't twist his words.  Quentin said (and I just watched the video again to make sure) "This WHOLE thing is wack!"

WHOLE thing = that is when I knew there would be trouble.   One would question WHAT "WHOLE THING"?

And of course Ryan asked because Quentin had MAJOR bitch face going on.  No way a "good" host (and I meant good for ratings etc) was NOT going to ask what was going on.  No set-up.  Quentin looked about to blow so Ryan talked to him about it. 

It just all got ugly.  Like I said, I wish he had just said he was sad for his friends.  But by saying "this whole thing is whack"  it just came off bad.  Like when Astro lost it on X-Factor.  He was just a kid.  He was upset.  But dang, live TV??  Gotta show some restraint. 

I don't blame Harry.  He saw a total bitch face who appeared to be being very disrespectful towards the "whole" show.  And calling him out on it gave him the chance to explain.

And J-Lo was totally right in what she said to him. 

I like Quentin. I hope he stays.  But I didn't care for how he handled the situation last night.  It happened. He will have to deal with how it all plays out.  Now if he leaves next week no one will ever know if was totally performance related or backlash of some kind.  It's a shame and it could have been avoided. 

They so should have left it as Top 10 on tour.  NO Joey, no Qaasim, no Daniel for the tweens and maybe no Quentin.  Gonna be one boring ass tour.

Others say different, that Harry was way out of line.

MJ's is almost solidly in Quentin's corner and say Harry has been bullying Quentin.

Harry is the ADULT and never should have yelled on live TV that Quentin should go home.
