Canear - for awhile (many years ago) they lowered the drinking age in Illinois to 19 for beer and wine. Didn't last long though. 21 for everything.

Because he is too homely!

I think he is adorable!

He is not homely he is cute.

If Haley didn't want to date him cause she thinks he is homely that would make her really shallow, so I hope that is not the case of why no hope for a romantic relationship.

I am very sorry but I don't find Casey cute or adorable, to me he is homely and sloppy, a character yes.

I also find Casey homely. I find it difficult to watch him for that reason. But I know that often a person's personality and talent can overshadow looks, and they do become attractive. This might happen if I could meet Casey in person.
