I guess I missed your post about wanting a new avi.  Sorry, I like Alex but not at all invested and I will admit to kinda scrolling past all the stuff about him.

I'm crushed.      

You really should look at a couple of his hometown concert videos.  BIG difference from the show.

I was too busy this weekend but I will indeed check them out soon.  I do think he is a good musician/song arranger with a fine voice.  He just doesn't thrill me at all    I do hope he makes the finals over Caleb.  But it might be tough for him.  I think Jena is a shoe in for finals.

FC are you still going to help Alex by voting?

Hopefully your distaste for Caleb propels you to vote for Alex!

I would have preferred Jess over Jena but that didn't happen.

I would prefer a singing chimp in the finale over Caleb.

Alex is talented & humble and not an arrogant ass like Caleb.

Jess is on Kelly and Michael tomorrow morning. She was on Good Morning NY today I think.

Just not really into now that Jess is out but I will watch. Gee feels a bit like Season Five again.

Yeah, when your fave goes out the enthusiasm does too.  Right now it is more about who I DON'T want to win than who I do want to win  

Well for me it is better Kate than AI5 for while Sam was my fav, I was no where near as OTT over him as I was for Chris (or Jason, Adam or even Phillip).

For me Sam and Alex were like a 1a and a 1b.  Alex is still in it and I enjoy his artistry and vibe so I will vote for him. Never would I speed dial on 3 phones and have dial idol set up etc like I did for Chris.

Once Chris left I loathed Taylor, disliked Kat and didn't enjoy Elliotts genre.

I am definitely more vested in Alex going on to get Caleb off.  That is my motivation.

Once Chris left I didn't vote.

Once Jason left I didn't vote.

I secretly wanted Elliot to win over Kat and Taylor lol.

Elliot is a sweet man and his Mom in the parade was priceless.

But I did not care at all who went on or who was voted off once Chris left.

Okay the thought of Caleb attempting to sing a Michael Hutchence classic makes me ill. I will not listen to that.    I will be PVRing and watching during intermission anyhow so I can fast forward past him.

I don't know what I dread more - Caleb singing it or the judges tongue bath he will get   

I am also not looking forward to his replay of D&C and Jena's Creep
