ADAM - ERA 2 MISC.

Yes FC, there are way too many influences on today's young and parents can just do so much.
You can set the ground work but another influence can have stronger pull and the kid gets off track.
I worry about Kirah oh so much. She is my impulsive one. I hope and pray she can resist temptation.

As we are divided on how we view this issue that is all I will say.

Just for the record I see exactly what Hathor and Canear are talking about and don't understand why people are getting upset wit them.  They care about Adam and just want him safe and I don't see anything wrong with that.

I don't see people getting upset with them just because they disagree.  I find that comment quite  unfair.

Seriously NOBODY knows who Adam is having sex with. And just HOW many guys has he been dating?  And isn't being single about dating different people until you find someone special? I dated lots of guys. My friends and cousins dated lots of guys.  Why is it a problem because Adam dates more than one guy?

No we don't FC, but honestly he lives in a totally different culture than you so in my perception I don't think he is kissing his dates good night at the door then saying good night.

We all judge others all the time FC, don't we?  Perhaps it's not right or fair, but we do it.

I really don't judge when single people date/sleep with other single people.  If one of them is married or cheating it is different.  Single - it's their personal life.  All that matters is not hurting people.  Everyone needs to be careful when having sex, gay or otherwise. I am sure Adam knows this.

I see sleeping around just for the hell of it as moral decay.

Sex without love is very animistic to me and just not right.

Adam or anyone doing the same I would have the same opinion about the behavior.

While I do personally feel the same way for myself and I would never live like that, I just don't think about what other people do.  I feel that is between them and their God.  I just live my life the way I feel is right.  I cannot worry or control what others do.   I enjoy Adam the singer and entertainer and I don't give his personal life any thought as long as he is not committing crimes or hurting people or animals.  If there is a God and a judgement day then Adam will have to deal.  Assuming he is anywhere near as sexual active as you all feel he is.

FY the point IMO is some of us do care and others do not care.

FY why would I ever have to change my own beliefs? I can't change how Adam behaves but I do not need to condone his behavior either to be a fan!!

 

I don't think anyone needs to change their own beliefs.  I just know we are taught not to cast stones. 

I think for me the thing that bothers me is assuming anyone knows how Adam lives his life.  He is photographed with a drink and people say he has a drinking problem.  He is seen with a guy out somewhere and people assume he is screwing him.  I personally just don't feel we have the right to assume how he is living his life.  If people want to judge him based on facts and what he says - that is one thing.  Judging what we do not know is another - JMHO.

This is going to be such an exciting time coming up. I saw that Adam is playing at the Fontainbleui Miami over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Very $$$ as you to book a minimum three day stay to be able to attend the private show.
