I did not know where to post this but I wanted to show you guys this. I was checking who would be the entertainment at the County Fair in my city this summer and these are two that came up as confirmed. I am sooooooo happy about both of them and pray I get to go to both. They are free with paid fair admission.

Have seen Sawyer Brown twice already and would love to see them again. Have never seen Kellie Pickler live and would love to see her especially knowing she will be singing new songs from her newest cd that dropped in stores today..

Wish me luck in finding a way to get to these. the Saturday one which is Kellie's show I shouldn't have a problem with it is the Thursday one I worry about since I would be going right after I get off work.

FC just so I am not confused this thread is to talk about the musical artist that you do not want to be put into the celebrity thread along with likes of Paris Hilton correct? and the "What music are you listening to" thread is for the songs and videos of artist correct? If I am wrong let me know cause I do admit I am getting confused on what thread is for what Embarassed

"What music are you listening to" would be for the links to songs and videos you feel others might like to listen to or watch.

The Celebrity thread is for news on Hollywood types like "Demi goes to rehab".

Kelly will be fantastic. I have never known her voice to strain or crack.

Saw the news online tonight that Whitney Houston died. She was said to be disheveled and partying hard at a pre-Grammy party on Fri. night. I will bet that they find she died of an accidental overdose. She was due to sing at Clive Davis's pre-Grammy bash Sat. night, the 11th. Bet her nerves got to her and she took some pills and maybe some alcohol. Her heart probably just gave out.

At first I thought it was suicide, but I don't think she would do that to her daughter or mother.

Such a shame. Her downfall was hooking up with Bobby Brown and staying with him though he was abusive and always drew her back into drugs. Her voice was shot. Her attempt at a comeback didn't go too well. Such a shame. At her peak, she had an absolutely phenomenal voice. I saw on Twitter that many celebs tweeted about her great talent and what a sweet person she was. Adam wrote, "RIP, Whitney."
