If LMD is Avicci's fav track on the cd then why the fuck isn't it the single?

 

I bet it will be single #3!  There is too much buzz, hype and raves for it NOT to be!!

Well we know from Adam's experience, the artist doesn't always get the last word.  

I think it will be when the time is right, right now is building the momentum.

True Canear, but I think when a new album drops and the reviewers always mention one certain song as the stand-out the label will give that song real consideration.   Especially with reviewers calling it Grammy worthy.  I know if I was in charge I would be influenced by reviews like that.

We were already super excited for the September 17 release of Avicii's debut LP #TRUE, but the latest track to leak from the record, the funk-EDM hybrid "Lay Me Down," is making the wait even harder—yeah, it's that good.

Centered around the Swedish DJ's fist-pumping EDM production, "Lay Me Down" features disco diva sass and wailing from Adam Lambert while Chic co-founder Nile Rodgers lays down ultra-crisp funk guitar licks. It's reminiscent of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky," but with a higher BPM and slick studio production; you can boogie down to this track at both Studio 54 and Ultra Music Fest.

Because record label Head honchos are stupid.  No pun intended.  They are very stupid.   I have soooooooooooooooo many cd's where there are songs that should have been released as the singles and the head honchos picked other songs instead and many times the songs they put out did not do well and then when asked the actual singer of the songs said many times that they had other songs in mind to put out but had no say in what is put out as a single.  Avicci may have no say if this song gets released as a single.
