I know it says to take two. But if you got prescription strength that is all it is - 4 of the over the counter pills in one. I do not have high blood pressure so that was never an issue for me. Maybe you can talk to your family doctor about it. Good luck!

Holy smoke! Justin just came in from work because they were evacuated due to a possible bomb at Jewel next door. Tons of cops. Cleared out the Jewel and all the shops in the strip mall!

It is probably going to turn out to be nothing (hope so) but it is always scary because we all know anytime anywhere some nut can do something horrible!

Last text Justin got was there were bringing in more cops and sent even more people out of the area.

OK - got the deets. Bomb threat called into the hair salon next to the Jewel. Brought in bomb experts and special dogs. Just got the all clear for folks to go back to work.

Whew! That's good news.

I read in the paper today that Lindsay Lohan is dating a 36 year old man who was previously dating a man. Gah, that girl is heading in the wrong direction Or, she is alreadythere.

Our neighbors are Guatemalan (sp?) and their daughter turned 15..........in their country they celebrate when they turn 15 instead of 16 as it is here.

She's gorgeous, head to toe and the gown is beautiful. The limo was used to transport to the party.

OMG!! What a gorgeous dress!! Goes perfect with our board!!! Her hair looks beautiful too!

Woo hoo for me! My DVD player died a few months ago and Friday I finally got around to replacing it. Nothing fancy, just your basic Wal-Mart cheapie but I had two new DVDs that I hadn't been able to watch so now I can watch them!

The two new DVDs I got are a collection of vintage TV commercials from the 1940's to the 1980's and a collection of vintage cartoons from the 1930's to the 1970's. Some I remember seeing but many I don't.

HA I could have told you all about a Quincenera! I mean I'm not not half Salvadorian for nothing! And no I never did have one, but I've attended quite a few of them!
