AMERICAN IDOL SEASON 13

Those two are like brothers now. I think they are like others who didn't win who did better without the burden of the title.

Both Alex and Sam are CURRENT and they write CURRENT music. When then sang a duet it was always so incredible and they harmonize so well together.

Besides IMO being a loud mouth crass tool, Caleb did not have one current bone in his body. The results prove to me even with limited voting, the Idol game show viewers now out number the Idol find new musical talent lovers. Tis sad.

No fan of Caleb as you well know, but I am not sure anyone from season 13 was going to be a big seller.  Alex may have done better.  Sam was in the bottom 3 and 2 a few times and went out 5th. I don't think he had the amount of fan support that would have gotten him huge sales either. 

Hopefully they both can find some success with indie labels.  But I am not expecting huge things for them.  Don't have a clue what is going on with Gina or is it Jena??? Not even the least bit interested so haven't even checked.  I would buy something from Jess - I bought all I could on-line.  But I am not holding my breath on her being signed either......  Heck I don't think Angie ever got signed either.  I thought for sure somebody (even Christian) would scarf her up.

Yep FC, it is sad how limited label interest is in Idols these days.

For sure I felt some indie or christian label would scarf up Angie. But alas no.

I do think that with more seasoning and age Sam is going to be successful in an indie kind of way.

I think with the right label and promotion Alex could make it. The geek/chique thing is big. He is just so dripping with talent. Unique talent and quite the musician as well.

Like you I am surprised we hear nothing about Jess?

Angie was offered a major label but she opted to not go that way and instead go the independent route.

I wish Alex and Sam the best of luck on their move to Nashville!

I only just found out she had a major label offer myself. I can't remember if I saw it when I was reading around on her pledge page or if it was included in an article from somewhere. I do hope she finds success the independent route too.

Why on earth would she turn down a major label????

Briah may come. It may be hard to get Kirah as it will depend on soccer and midterms.

Only Skylar I remember was the country singer from a few years ago. Big voce, brunette hair and petite.

I just read her Wiki page and she is living in Nashville so perhaps they met her there.

I sure would Hathor.  They are only $19 and if you didn't and you could go, you would end up being so po'd!  Plus it's in the evening so you would probably still be able to make it so long as it's not too far a drive.

Well the drive depends on where the finals are!

If they are in Boston well that is a 2 hour drive.

But Springfield or Newport RI we are talking 5+

I will hope for the best.
