Christina's performance was gorgeous. I love that song.

Well Gaga's performance was super tame and not crazy compared to what we usually see from her. I love the groove on this song.

Yes that was good and I love the take on Marilyn Monroe.

I wanna ask Chris Daughtry what he thought of Miley's performance. They flashed on Chris at the end of the song.

Another Taylor award. I'll grant her that her fans vote hard.

Now that's over for another year. On the whole a better cross section of perforances.

It was so nice that there wasn't all the raunch and such that there has been in previous years.

Teddy, did you notice that Maks was dancing with JLo?  He's the one that lifted her right at the end of the performance.

Taylor just needs to go away.  Like Bieber, she's way overdone right now.

FTR, Katy and Gaga first weeks sales for the new albums were 280,000 and 270,000. Taylor's first week sales for RED were were 1,208,000. The biggest opening in music history!

Say what you want - girl is loved. I have come to love her also and I am getting RED for Xmas. Love her songs. Love her concert footage. Girl has won me over big time.

Well I don't love her and I don't think all the guys she has dissed along the way love her either.  When she stops writing about those guys and something more about other things in life, then I might think her music is worthwhile.  

I didn't expect you to agree, just saying I like her and understand why she is so incredibly popular.

Well I am ticked that Phillip was robbed as Best New Artist and IMO JT deserved Artist of the Year and not the terrible annoying Taylor Swift. Can't stand her or her whining crybaby he hurt me music.

I think JT was probably happy with the several that he did win.

I do wish Phillip had won, but I knew the tweens would vote like mad for that girl from Nick. Plus she is opening for Beibs so she probably had his fans voting hard for her too.

I did notice Maks lifting JLo. He looked good but such a short clip of him.

I thought so canear. Yes it was quite unfortunate the sound was off for Katy. Her performance was one of the highlights of the show for me. It was visually stunning.

I agree with you it was nice to not have so much raunch on the show. There were a few moments but in comparison to previous years it was very low grade. I'm so thankful for that.

Yes, I did notice Maks dancing with JLO. I actually knew ahead of time he would be dancing with her. He was on the red carpet show that was featured here.

You know who was also on the AMA red carpet show here? James! It was such a treat to see him!

After the show was over last night I went on iTunes to listen to ALL the clips of the new ID album as it was released at midnight and it's awesome! I'm addicted to "Diana". Later on when I get the chance I'm going to go to Rite Aid and buy an iTunes card so I can buy the album.
