Chris looked good but too bad he had to present to Taylor Swift.

That Imagine Dragons performance was very frantic and intense. I've never seen them perform Radioactive prior to tonight so I have no idea if that's the way it usually is done. I like the song but that was too much.

I guess I like the frantic sound of the live performance. I also like the radio version but love when a band does it different live.

Oh my Michael Bolton.

Kate the girl who performed that you don't know is Ariana Grande.

I do love Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

Sometimes they don't announce who is singing very well on these award shows.

Okay I didn't understand a word of that song. The beat was good but it's Pitbull so the bear is usually always good.

I am liking the music performances so far. JT is just on now. At least no Taylor Swift yet or Chris wifebeater dirtbag numbnuts Brown. Can you tell I don't like Chris Brown???

It is sort of a country/latin/rap/square dance song. Timber is the name of the song and sort of making fun of Blurred Lines/Miley's twerking is what I understand from rewatching the video.

Man One D are good. We had a lady looking for the One Direction birthday cards today. My co-worker had packed them up so me and my boss had to get them out of the back. I know we need space for Christmas but One D is too damn hot to put away until after Christmas.

I love that they had a group hug before going up on stage!

They passed the award around too. I'm so thrilled for them!

JT was fab. The one criticism I have is that the majority of his songs on the latest two albums are super looooong. I like both albums but I prefer the radio edits. He's a great performer though no doubt about it. I'm still bummed I had to sell my concert tickets.

I went to check on Andria Grande. I just found out she did a song with Mika!!!! She has a voice that reminds me of a young Mariah Carey.

Rihanna receiving an ICON award? REALLY? She's had a great success no doubt about it but she's only been around 8 years! Alright considering all she has accomplished in those 8 years that's a huge feat and something to honor I give her that but geez.

Kate, they performed their song together on this season of DWTS a few weeks back.

She won tonight over Phillip and others for Favorite New Artist.

She does have a good voice but most of the videos I saw were over powered by hip hop guys. The Mika duet was really good and the song Baby I think shows off her voice the best.

I will have to look for that Mika/Ariana DWTS performance. Mika is going to be judging on Xfactor Italy.

I really do not understand why Cruise is the top country song ever. Bucky Covington did a song like that with Skeeter Jennings that was much better.

Oh and I still don't think Bucky's song would be the best country song ever. For me it would be something by Hank Williams Sr.

I don't understand it either Kate. That is so NOT a country song. Not to me anyways.

JLO's performance was good. It was in dedication to Celia Cruz. The dancers were FAB!!

It does have twang but it just a song about driving around in a truck picking up girls in tight clothes.
