That would be an awesome acoustic show to see but I have to ask Unless those are all radio people who have promised to play Adam, how is this going to help him there?

I get the idea from the article that this is a small, intimate lounge maybe, with expensive tickets. It's for fans willing to pay a lot to see their performer in an intimate setting. The article says that the Queen gig along with this "promo gig" should put him back on the charts in Australia and make the radio people more friendly to him. It's probably part of Adam's marketing plan to take advantage of the Queen thing.
But I'm just reading between the lines.

It certainly will be a bit strange seeing Adam go from performing these huge crowds to just a couple thousand. The last time I looked Costa Mesa still hadn't sold out. On the other hand I did manage to sell my spare tickets. Thank goodness for that!

Some tough opinions here, especially in the comments...but there are some great comments too, such as:

The Queen hardliners have definitely missed the point of this whole collaboration between Adam and Queen...definitely their loss! Overall, I think the Wroclaw show was a roaring success! They should all thank their lucky stars!

I agree! And with Brian and Roger so THRILLED with Adam and so thrilled with these shows you would think the hardcore fans would be thrilled FOR them also! It's crazy how some fans act like because one member of the band passes away the remaining ones should act like their lives/careers are over also! So unfair to the remaining band members.

But you know, if Roger and Brian feel it is right to tour with Adam as a frontman - then those fans opinions are invalid to me.
