SINGLE #2 "NEVER CLOSE OUR EYES" INFO

There are other songs. And YES the gay issue is a huge problem here, especially with men. Look how WYWFM took off compared to his other 'dancie' tune. It's tough but hopefully the album will take off when this country realizes his talent as Europe/Japan and others already have accepted him.

I'm sure you all realize this but I do believe the reason they picked BTIKM as the first single was because it had a similar appeal to it as with WWFM. Unfortunately, it didn't take off the way they probably thought it would. The song itself musically doesn't exactly fit in with the album as a whole, but I personally love the song.

With NCOE they likely thought the connection to Bruno would hold some influence. (It was one of the last ones they worked on too.) But again it hasn't caught on. It doesn't mean it's a bad song though. It's among my favorites.

I think they should just take the chance and go with Trespassing or Cuckoo. Clearly the safe route isn't working so why not dip everything in then and just go for it.

Never Close Our Eyes, where he says something about sleeping or closing
eyes when dead, I notice that it's similar to a line in a poem I wrote
47 years ago. I said, "There's time enough for existing when I'm laying
in death's dark sleep..."

Adam Lambert didn't win American Idol, but he manages to get about 50 times more attention than the last few winners combined. (Can you even name the last winner?) He's spent the summer doing overseas gigs with Queen and promoting his second LP, Trespassing. He's also rumored to be in the running to be a new judge on American Idol and that Queen tour may actually come to America someday. In the meantime, his new single "Never Close Our Eyes" has charted all around the world.
