Ah man, it was sooooo good last night! I was in tears at the end when they had to say good-bye to the alternates. I will miss Lincoln. I thought he was adorable. I wonder if they will be able to re-open the bridge for the series finale next year. I kinda hope so.
How freaking sexy was Joshua Jackson in that episode??? The man gets more handsome as he gets older!

I taped it since I was out with mom looking at fridges. I did see the last 20 mins or so. But I will watch my tape this morning.
I am just so glad that they know exactly when the series ends and we should get good closure to everything, unlike some other good shows (like Invasion) where we were left with cliffhangers never to be resolved.

Well I thought the season finale was awesome!!! It would have worked fine as a series finale too so I wonder if they thought that was going to be the end??
Now that we know it isn't I read they have exciting plans for next season! Hints that Peter and Olivia's baby with be "special"!
Can't wait to find out who "the others" are!!
It's gonna be a long wait since they usually do not return until after the baseball season ends....

That's what I thought too FC. It would have been a good ending if it was cancelled, but thank goodness it wasn't. I have no doubt Peter and Olivia's baby will be 'special'.

I just checked my listings and they've scheduled Fringe opposite Grimm........damn.
I'll watch Fringe and catch Grimm On Demand. I love both of these shows!

I will be out this evening so I will have to tape Fringe and watch it tomorrow.
I have caught Grimm a couple of times and it is quite good!

Just watched my tape of Fringe!! It was so good!
Good lord if JJ gets any hotter he will burst into flames!! Sexy, sexy man!!
LOVE the actress who plays their daughter!
This is going to be a really good season - even though way different from the type of show it started out being season 1. Sorta like X-Files changed toward the last seasons of Mulder and Scully. Aw, still miss them...
I could have sworn early on that The Observers were good guys. Maybe just some of them Or maybe they changed.

Here is a post at a recap site. I love this guys vision of the end of the series!! I so hope this is how it goes!!
Quote :
I think all deaths will be reverted. My theory is the "plan" will consist on building a machine that will prevent the observers to reach our timeline from their future. When the machine is activated, their timeline will be completelly removed or, at least, blocked from ours, so they will never be able to invade us in the first place. Then, our timeline will be reset and the show will end at that scene where Olivia, Peter and Ella (as a child) are on a field having fun, but this time they will live happily ever after. I think that would make a good ending.

Sad day it will be, but I feel they strayed too far from the beginning storyline, unless that's where they intended it to go all along.

I feel the same. Love the show and cast and will miss it and them. But I long for season 1 and 2. That was way more my type of show. Not sure if this was the plan all along or if the show lasted longer then they thought and came up with this idea later on.
