| The numbers are about 68% in. Congrats to Carrie and Adam again for staying in the top 50. Lowest selling on there is at about 7,000 so hoping when all is said and done Kris will be in there at at least 6,000 and Alli will be in there with at least 3 or 4k. Her cd sales need to be better than a thousand like they have been the last few weeks. _____ CHART DATE: 02/08/2010 LAST UPDATE: 02/08/2010 10:40:38 NOW IN: 68.46% LW TW artist / album label power index 1 1 LADY ANTEBELLUM CAPITOL NASHVILLE/EMI 143,351 NEED YOU NOW-- 2 LIL WAYNE CASH MONEY/UNIV MOTOWN 101,596 REBIRTH -- 3 NICK JONAS & THE ADMINISTRATION HOLLYWOOD 63,407 WHO I AM 3 4 LADY GAGA INTERSCOPE 60,789 FAME 10 5 BLACK EYED PEAS INTERSCOPE 58,043 E.N.D. | And whoever they are they must be buying it over and over again It's not like she is being played on the radio or all over TV. It is baffling for sure - especially since other boards I go too the people are saying they bought it and it sucks. So I don't think word of mouth is playing a big part in it. Sympathy I guess.... | |

| Sympathy probably does pay a part FC. I don't want to cheapen her success though. I'm happy for her, but very confused at the same time because I don't understand how "huge" she has turned out to be. I've honestly never seen anything like it. She is a very talented woman with a beautiful voice. The thing is how in the world is she so dang POPULAR? | |

I have given up trying to figure out who is buying all the Susan Boyle cd's that keeps her selling so great. I am hoping Kris and Allison can have sales that are in 5,000 or higher region. | Singles numbers are in: 'Idol' track sales: Kris Allen tops, Fantasia debuts Of the tracks in Nielsen SoundScan's Top Digital Tracks chart this week, Kris Allen had the best sales for any Idol (slightly more than 57,000 for Live Like We're Dying). Only Carrie Underwood saw an increase (46 percent) in week-over-week sales, with her latest single, Temporary Home. And Fantasia's new single, Even Angels, sold nearly 10,000 downloads, enough to put her on this week's chart. Kris Allen, Live Like We're Dying (57,000, -10 percent, 806,000)Adam Lambert, Whataya Want From Me (49,000, -17 percent, 373,000)Carrie Underwood, Cowboy Casanova (34,000, 0 change, 1.117 million) Daughtry, Life After You (30,000, -14 percent, 370,000) Carrie Underwood, Temporary Home (25,000, +46 percent, 170,000) Kelly Clarkson, Already Gone (20,000, -13 percent, 1.208 million) Fantasia, Even Angels (10,000, debut, 10,000) Jordin Sparks, Battlefield [Main Version] (9,000, -19 percent, 1.37 million) ***** Congrats to Kris and Adam on the continuing success of their singles Shannon | |

| Numbers are about 55% in and unless I am seeing wrong I am not seeing Adam. So it looks that Adam, Kris and Alli are missing for now. Adam could end up in the final numbers. I hope that he and Kris,(He had good sales on Itunes for the cd, so hoping that raised his numbers enough), are in the final numbers but not holding my breath. By the way last cd in there is at at a little over 10,000 at this period. ***** CHART DATE: 02/15/2010 LAST UPDATE: 02/16/2010 12:04:56 NOW IN: 54.02% LW TW artist / album label power index -- 1 SADE EPIC 293,173 SOLDIER OF LOVE 1 2 LADY ANTEBELLUM CAPITOL NASHVILLE/EMI 159,382 NEED YOU NOW -- 3 JAHEIM ATLANTIC 97,767 ANOTHER ROUND -- 4 JOSH TURNER MERCURY NASHVILLE 69,237 HAYWIRE 2 5 LIL WAYNE CASH MONEY/UNIV MOTOWN 65,984 REBIRTH 4 6 LADY GAGA INTERSCOPE 61,889 FAME 5 7 BLACK EYED PEAS INTERSCOPE 57,273 E.N.D. This is the truth for all them. Hello AI and other tv shows pick them up! When it comes to the Singles Alli just needs a freaking single that will draw people in and that has to happen like now. LLWD is doing still selling extremely well but I still feel to get more cd's sold they should get on the roll of picking the new song and getting things going and talking video. There is no reason LLWD still can't sell well even if a name of a new single is out. Jive needs to move on this. Need to go for a bit I will be back soon. Shannon | |
