| I know. That's the difference between cable shows and network shows: shorter seasons and longer waits between seasons.
FC, did you know Brooke Elliott is from Chicago?

| Yes, I did read that! We grow them good here! :D I just love her to bits!!
You are so right about the difference. I think Mad Men is also a pretty short season. Oh well, hopefully Lifetime will put something great on in it's place to get us through the long waiting season.

| FC, did you know they're showing reruns of Drop Dead Diva on Sunday nights? They're showing two episodes back to back starting at 10:00 CST. I DVR it and watch it back in the morning.
One thing I noticed from last night's show that I didn't catch when the show was originally broadcast: One of the shows was the one where Deb's parents were getting divorced. Jane (Deb) was representing Deb's mom while Grayson was representing her dad. Anyway, the guy who played Deb's father was Mark Moses who plays Duck Phillips on Mad Men.
In case you didn't know, the show is coming back on June 6.

| HI! Yes, I did happen to be flipping the channels and caught a rerun of the show last week. I'm pretty sure I remember that one. Gosh, it's been so long though I am not sure. Thanks for letting me know the date of the new season! June 6th is my Mom's birthday so I will be able to remember this date for sure! Can't wait! I so enjoyed this show and I am really looking forward to seeing what season 2 brings!! EEEE! | |

| I was in another room listening and I thought, "God, that guy's voice sounds familar." Then I rewound my DVR a little and sure enough I realized it was the guy who plays Duck.
It was also the episode where Fred was trying to get Stacy to like him so he stood outside at her yoga class with a boom box. Of course the tape got messed up inside. The other case was the one with the guy who cloned his dog.

| Yes he is. I wonder if he will be a cast member or will he be a guest star like he was last year. The difference is that if he is a member of the cast, that means he's obligated to the show and he has to be available to be on it pretty much when they say. However, if he's a guest star or more accurately, a recurring character, that means it's up to him more or less if he wants to be on the show. They can request that he be available, but he doesn't have to be. | |

| I love the actor so I am hoping to see him here, there or anywhere! He was on that show on the CW with Fran. He played her son. Loved him on that show too! | |

| His name is Devon Gummersall. According to his IMDB listing, he's done a lot of TV. It looks like he's been acting since he was a teenager. | |

| Thanks for his name!! Zack on Felicity!!! That is where I know him!! I actually was pretty sure it was Felicity!! I adored that show!! Cried when it ended! Those WB/CW shows were always my fave! He was also in Roswell! Another WB show I never missed! Gilmore Girls, Everwood, Felicity, Dawson's Creek! Lordy I loved those shows so much!!! It appears he has only filmed two episodes of DDD - so I am guessing this marriage doesn't last | |

FC, you should try to see if you can get the first couple of episodes on NetFlix or something.

| I loved the show last night!! The musical number at the beginning was soooo good!! Brooke has a fantastic voice!!
I kinda wish the hubby thing wasn't over so quickly. We waited so many months to see how that played out and bam! Over!
UGH! Kim! What a bitch!!
I adore Fred!! So glad he is a regular character now!
Next week looks to be a super episode!! Love Jane's mom.
My mom was going to watch last night. I cannot wait to talk to her to see if she liked the show.

| Yes I did watch it!! I didn't want to say anything until I knew you watched it. I adore the show! I will not miss it! Taped that hour of the Tony Awards and watched DDD!
I just love Fred and his scenes with Kim were classic!!
I loved the whole episode! Deb showing up for her birthday. Gracin throwing the little birthday get together. The court case with Chad Lowe. I was sad about Tony breaking up with Jane. I do hope that is not the end of their romance. I really love the actor and their chemistry.

| It's funny but when the long-lost husband showed up, I kept thinking I had seen him before. Then I thought it looked like Rob Lowe only I didn't remember his hair being so light. Finally I realized it was Chad Lowe.
I did know it was Veronica Cartwright playing his mom though.
I was sad that she and Tony broke up too. I wonder if they'll have her dating other people. I'm hoping they get back together too. They have great chemistry together.
I've seen some complaints that Stacy isn't as ditsy this season and that it isn't realistic. Well, when you think about it, her roommate and best friend is a successful attorney. She's friendly with most of Jane's co-workers. Before, she probably hung around with other aspiring models and actresses who only cared about looking good. Now she's with people who have other interests. That was sure to rub off on her.

| That's why diversity is important. Any time you can experience different ways of thinking, meet people who aren't exactly like the people you already know, etc. it makes you a more well-rounded person. | |

| I like Stacy too. Maybe she's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but she's basically kind and good-hearted. And she has Jane's back.
Kim is just a bitch, isn't she? Incidentally both she and Brooke Elliott started out doing musicals.
