THE 2011 EMMY AWARDS!

I'm not going to deny that, but really that's just not the point right now. I never like it when one show always wins EVERYTHING.

I get that - but it is only it's second season and still just super hot. I can't begrudge deserving people winning. They all do an amazing job with the show.

I don't watch the shows with the lead actors - but Jim seems a very nice man so good for him. And I am always thrilled when Alec Baldwin loses

It is cool Teddy!! I've loved Melissa and rooted for her all through Gilmore Girls and Samantha Who? I am so happy that her career has finally taken off! Movies too!

Yeah, those are some of the ugliest red carpet dresses ever. Even my sweet Vanessa from Switched At Birth (also from Gilmore Girls) who I adore - but damn that dress!!!

Jane Lynch did awesome in the opening! Since I only really watch Big Bang Theory and sometimes Mike and Molly, I'm thrilled for Jim Parsons and Melissa McCarthy. How cool was it that all the nominees came up on stage! She was so sweet and excited. I've loved her since she was on Gilmore Girls. Did anyone else find Charlie Sheen being there rather....strange? I had to wonder if his comments about 2 and 1/2 Men was due to his lawsuit against them. I think Jim Parsons was a tad freaked out by him.

....and what's the big deal about Modern Family? I've never watched it....

Indeed strange with Charlie there. Cannot stand him! Not surprised Jim looked scared.

You would have to watch Modern Family to understand. It is just fabulous!

Yeah, I love Amazing Race but come off it already. As someone said elsewhere there's something very different about a LIVE competition show that's incredibly special and wonderful compared to and over a recorded one. Someday AI, SYTYCD and DWTS will have to win and kick it to the curb.

The whole Charlie Sheen bit was very strange. I was quite surprised to see him there at all. I did not understand that one.

It's won 7 out of the last 8 years! So freaking annoying! I don't care if it's Idol or SYTYCD or DWTS - just some other show PLEASE!

Oh - this Micheal Bolton thing is stupid...
