Actually, I think Ashley (lead vocals) is the cutest. They are so talented on all the instruments they play.

Sons of Sylvia, formerly The Clark Brothers, won Next Great American Band in 2007. Previously they were in a band with more of their brothers (there is a total of 11 children in their family all of whom are musicians) called The Clark Family Experience which had a hit on the country charts entitled, "Meanwhile Back At The Ranch". After that band broke up, Adam, Ashley and Austin decided they wanted to stay in the music business and became back up musicians for artists like Carrie Underwood and SheDaisy. Adam plays mandolin and guitar. Ashley plays fiddle and guitar and is the lead singer. Austin plays dobro and sings background. After winning NGAB, they took time to develop their musical style since the three of them had not played together as a band before being on the show. It's been said their music is unique and a genre unto itself. It's a mix of country, rock and bluegrass. They recently recorded a duet with Carrie Underwood entitled "What Can I Say" that is on her new CD Play On. Their CD is scheduled to be released early 2010. Not the best sound quality, but towards the end of "Wasted"..........Ashley goes wild on the fiddle! He can PLAY that thang!!!!

Wasted is one of my fave Carrie songs! I have that CD and play that song a lot. He really is talented! I love the fiddle! I was always blown away by The Corrs and their fiddles!!

There is a whole series of short vids here of an appearance by SOS at a school performance/visit. These guys are great at interacting, speaking and playing.
