UK TV "stuff"

Caught up on the last two episodes. There were some surprises and disappointments for sure. But at the same time there are some I was definitely expecting or at least I was pretty darn sure about.

I'm so sad for Dom and Curtis especially Dom. That was so hard seeming him go when he's tried so hard knowing this wasn't his first time. There was just a lot of very heavy competition in the boys category. Well, in all of the categories really.

I can't believe they have to take the final 24 now and cut it down to only 12 for the show to really begin. That's going to be so hard. I don't know how they're going to decide. I sure couldn't be of any help. I love so many of them.

Well so far Jamie, Danyl, Stacey, Rikki, Olly, Lloyd, Ethan and both Daniel's all made it through. Needless to say I am happy. Now all of them just need to make top 12 and I'll be ecstatic!

Have to say...there are a few I really do like through to the final 24...& 1 act I can't abide....cocky little shits!!!!!
The worst thing of all...is that Louis is their mentor...who in a past series had the final choice over a wonderful singer called Maria, & a very very crap irish girl group....& he yep...being irish himself......guess who he chose!!! GRRRRRRR

Glad you both agree!!...but Louis does have them - he is mentoring the groups...& past shows has proved that he takes no time with the girl bands...but pushes the boy bands to the front......& the irish connection doesn't bode well either.My big concern is that the public keep them in...just to piss off Simon...who can't stand them!! Adrift I'm so with you!!!!! Those boys are annoying as all get out. They think they're some serious hot stuff and they're not. They're just crap!!!! Arrogant lil buggers they are. I wanted to smack them from here to tim-buck-tu! I couldn't believe Louis kept wanting to put them through. Now I understand why. Because they're Irish like him!! BLAH!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope he does send them home....but I still have my doubts - he does play on annoying Simon, & the public like to annoy Somon too by keeping in at least one act he can't stand.

I read about that one girl group getting kicked off last night. I was disappointed. They were one of the only groups I actually kind of liked. (Notice I said kind of.) Such a shame for them, but they should have known better. Hopefully they come back next year.

There was a young lass in 2006 who had an amazing voice...then dropped the bombshell...bless her...all she wanted to know was if she was good :D

She did return for auditions when she was old enough...but sadly didn't get through..good for her for being honest in 2006 though

She was amazing!!!!!!!!!! I wonder what happened when she auditioned 2 yrs. later............. so sad, if that's what she really wanted.

Daniel didn't make the list................ Just remember, it's a rumored list.

Paris did get through to boot camp..when she came back,but not much further than that.They did change the age limit then...but I'm guessing they have changed it again

This was her audition the following year...where they had changed the limit (& she is still a little sweetie!)
