I'm with you FC. Smoking pot was one of the things that helped my brother be able to hold food down in his last few years of life. Before he starting doing that he was looking like Matthew McConaughey in The Dallas Buyers Club expect for the redneck rodeo guy part. Also the smell of pot is preferable to me then tobacco as doesn't get allergies going. I don't smoke pot as I just don't do illegal stuff but hope one day the law will change.

Wow Adam looks AMAZING. I know it would be hot to sing in the full suit, vest, shirt and tie but he looks spectacular.

Love you Kate and so happy you joined our board!  Pot is natural and grows in the ground pure and is illegal.  Cigarettes have 350 toxins in them and are legal?????!!!  MADE with toxins ON PURPOSE!!  So awful!!   So sorry about your brother

My bottom line is that it is still illegal.  It is still considered a drug, one that could lead to the urge for stronger ones and to partake of it in a public place is considered illegal even if most times no action is taken to it.

I totally agree with that point.  My issue is that it is illegal and cigarettes aren't! 

FTR, I know people my age who have smoked pot for decades and have never done other drugs.  My cousin's husband, and a HS friend and her husband, who is the superintendent of the Joliet School District!  They smoke it to unwind as they do not like cigarettes or drinking.  Right or wrong, just saying.

Look at them, don't they all look good?....even Rick.  

They clean up well!  Memo to Rick, you look much better in a shirt!

Yes FC that is why I don't partake as it is still illegal but I know many older then me who do on a regular basis as they just find it a better unwider then booze and ciggies. I know too many who have had lung cancer etc. from years of smoking cancer sticks.

even if pot was legal I would never ever use it. I remember when I was at my church for youth group we were out side and we smelled this disgusting smell and some of us were feeling the effects of something and when the youth leaded went to go investigate we found some guys that did not go to the church behind the church smoking pot,(there was about 5 guys and all of them were high so they had to smoking it for awhile. Anyway that stuff stinks and is gross. I have a very good nose and stuff like cigarette smoke and pot smell really bugs me. Makes my tummy upset.

I wish they would make cigarettes illegal my grandfather died of lung cancer and so did my brother in laws mom. My Stepdad smoked and so did my stepaunt. Such an addictive legal thing and sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo harmful and majorly nasty. The smoke stays in your close and gets into walls just gross gross gross.

The cost to remove smoke damage from homes is amazing. Much harder to sell a home for a good price if there is heavy smoke smell and damage. There are other ways to use pot besides smoking. Alice B. Toklas brownie recipe for one.
