That is almost legal in California anyway but it gives some people ammunition to bag on Adam.

Pot doesn't bother me. I feel if the extremely poisonous cigarettes are legal then pot should be.  But passing it to Miley of all people is going to generate bad press and the week of Glee.  Just wish it hadn't happened or been caught on tape.  Would have preferred lots of positive press this week.  It is going to be asked about in the talk show interviews and I kinda wish it could have all been happy this week.

I saw that this morning, I didn't give much of a though and so far it seems that nobody cares.

TMZ is so pathetic they were looking for something to make a bid deal about it.

He always finds a way to muck things up it seems.  It might almost be legal but fact is it isn't.  If he had passed it to one of his lesser known friends they probably wouldn't have made a deal of it but it was Mylie, the media magnet right now.
 
Sorry but it was a real dumbass thing to do in public.  Anything to do with drugs right now and Glee considering how Corey died is not going sit well with TPTB I don't imagine.  Shosh is in LA next week.  Looks like she'll have some additional PR to do.

Well, that point is true.  GLEE powers that be will probably not be thrilled considering Cory.  It is a sensitive issue to be sure.  Yeah, he does find a way to muck up some important moments.  What can you do..

Why do we assume he was passing the reefer to Miley, she is been know to use those brown wrappers before, so maybe he was just giving it back to her.

The thing is he passed it to Miss Miley Cyrus who is all about shocking people and Drama lately.  On the Adam side no one may care but on the Miley side it could be made into a big deal which will bring more attention to the Adam side and make things not good on him.  I think Adam needs to think more clearly.  Just as in the case of Katharine McPhee do not be doing something stupid when you know very well TMZ is out in droves and will do anything to get a picture and have no problems posting it.

FY that would mean that if it was hers and he had it he took it from her and used it and that it not good either.

ETA: I am praying it is just a cigarette. I think those are nasty and disgusting to but at least they aren't illegal.

Pot is not as dangerous to your health as tobacco and actually has health benefits!  I am so confused on why pot is the one illegal and a piece of paper with rat poison and arsenic roll up in it is legal!

All he did is ask for a drag from Miley, I wish people will get the facts before jumping into conclusions, TMZ knew that but they love to twist things around.

Canear Amen to that.  As soon as I saw that tweet in here I was ticked and just got off the computer after that and went to get ready to workout at the gym.

I posted in my last post that if the pot was Miley's it is still not cool cause that means that Adam smoked some if he was handing it back to her.  Bad on Miley for having it there and smoking it and not smart on Adam's part to partake in the smoking of it.

Yes the drug has some health benefits but Adam is not sick and does not have Cancer or glaucoma,(sp?), which is two of the biggies that it helps with.  

My thing is why do SOME have to turn to Alcohol or illegal drugs to have a good time?  I honestly do not get it.  I am 42 and I do not drink,(hate the taste of most alcohol and the stuff I don't mind I can only have a little of because I don't like the way it makes me feel,(Since I turned 21 I have had exactly 4 Bicardi Breezers and some sips of some things that my dad, sister or brother in law have had me try to see if I would like them), I do not like to feel like I am not in control.), have never touched an illegal drug, only take perscription drugs when I have to and even hate having to take my allergy pills cause I hate having to take a drug but to save myself from bad lung infections do to the allergies I have to take the allergy meds.  I also do not smoke.  The smell and smoke make me sick to my stomach.  With me not doing any of this stuff is the reason I do not understand the reason for some having to have drugs or alcohol to enjoy themselves.

Eta: I understand the occasional glass of wine or a beer for some.  It helps the person to unwind.
