ADAM'S 2010 CONCERT DATES

The Nokia NYC is all GA, standing only. Am I right about that? That shoots down my idea of going. I'm only 5'2" and would be lucky to see the top of Adam's hair if he has his pompadour.

He is simply going to have to come to NC or Atlanta.

Just checked the Fillmore, and it is GA and SRO. Parking is free and they serve hot dogs and nachos. Sounds classy.

Spirit - I do not blame you if you don't want to go to those types of venues. They are so not my thing either. No GA and no standing for me.

I think Live Nation is putting together the tour and some of these are Live Nation venues but saying that the Molson Amphitheatre is one as well and it certainly isn't SRO or GA. I don't get it. We have venues like the Molson and the OC venue which are at minimum 5500 seat venues, then we're getting ones like the Nokia and Fillmore. It makes no flippin' sense.

I'm so disappointed that they finally put up a NC date and it's another GA/SRO venue - just like the NorVa in Norfolk! Waaaaaaaaaa!! What the h... kind of tour is this, anyway?!!! Adam needs bigger stages to spread his wings - and spread his dancers out so they're AWAY from him!! Are there ANY venues that have real SEATS??!! Just not sure if I want to do these kinds of venues! I don't like this one bit!!

ETA: Just found an e-mail from another Adam site this morning confirming the Charlotte, Knoxville and the Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln, CA, concerts. Do the casinos have seats???!!!!

I think the casinos have seats, but until this week it wouldn't have been a question I would have ever thought to ask. Maybe they can cram in more people without seats, but I'm too short and old to fight that scene.

Spirit- Ditto here. Practically all of Adam's venues are like that. I guess they think his fans are all YOUNG.

The Borgata (my last hope for tickets) is GA/SRO. It is a very classy place and they do this. The front half is sro and the back is seats. What chance do I have???

That really is quite ridiculous. SRO up front and seats in the back how is anyone sitting supposed to see? The only thing I can think of is if these places have a balcony of some kind or something. That would be the only way for it to make sense.

Very true on both counts. SRO venues must be the 'in thing' cause I sure don't remember them when I was going to Clay concerts. :scratch:

I wish they would put the tickets for Toronto on sale. I'm quite anxious to see how he sells up here!
