Just when I had given up all hope, Raleigh comes through. The venue is fantastic. They even have SEATS!!! This is where Clay's PBS concert was filmed in March. There are hotels just steps away. I am excited, but like a mother hen, concerned for Adam doing so many tours.

Just get your tix Spirit!! I'm so excited for you ladies!!

I kinda thought that was where Clay filmed his PBS special. Aw, Adam and Clay have a connection

Exciting news, isn't it, Spirit!! Adam in our own backyard!! Now, let's hope it turns out to be true - and that we can get tickets!

Adam Lambert update: Ticket on-sale date for his San Diego show moved up a week

The ticket on-sale date for the July 30 Copley Symphony Hall concert by Adam Lambert has been moved up a week from June 12 to to June 5. 5 Lambert, last year’s “American idol” runner-up, will appear here as part of his debut headlining national tour. Ex-Michael Jackson guitarist Orianthi will open the show for the charismatic singer with the powerful voice and glam-rock inspired stage persona. We wouldn't be surprised if the two join forces for a song.

If I weren't flying to Reno that day I would seriously be very tempted to do San Diego.................

Adam will indeed be coming to Raleigh on August 28th! Tickets go on sale June 4 at 10am. Just hope I can get some! A lot of his shows seem to be selling out within minutes!

I just went to Stub Hub and they show Adam as booked into Meymandi, not the Memorial Auditorium. Stub Hub has one set of tickets and it says General Admission. WTF

What kind of venue is the Meymandi?

Meymandi is beautiful. It holds 1700 people. I saw Clay there for a Christmas show (the one where he sang Bluegrass to his grandfather.) It is in the same complex as Memorial Auditorium and either would be great, but the General Admission thing is worrisome. Hopefully, StubHub made a mistake.

Nothing like a little confusion to mess things up a bit!! But I'll betcha it's Memorial. They're both in the same building, but Memorial is much larger than Maymandi. Guess we'll find out Wed. (pre-sale) or Friday!

There are lots of tickets on the brokers' sites for Milwaukee, but they are SO expensive. Maybe I should sign up on Sugar Daddy.com and get me a SD to buy me tickets!!

If you're signed up for the newsletter at AO, you should get an e-mail with pre-sale info. The pre-sales are usually the Wed. before the tickets go on sale to the general public. Sometimes they arrive the morning of the pre-sale, so you have to be diligent on that day in order to get your pre-sale password! Good luck to all of you who are trying for tickets! And to all of you trying for tickets for the Raleigh concert, as I am - as FC said earlier - may the Tickets Gods smile upon you!!

Oh boy...............

Once again GOOD LUCK to those who are looking into getting tickets this week or at any other time in the future!

Once again, ticket stress has raised its ugly head! The Ticket Gods must have been sleeping in this morning!

I was online at 10am with my pre-sale password in hand, but it was a no go for tickets to Adam's Raleigh concert!

The freakin' ticket brokers make me so mad! The fans don't have a chance against them! I'll try again on Friday morning, but it'll more than likely be the exact same scenario as this morning.
