I'm certain Dalton has people interested in him as well...we will know soon enough. I just want him to outlast LaP at this point and the ridiculous pimpfest last night.

FC I loved what Laportia said about never begging a man to stay. She has such a great personality.

So glad th hear Mac will be releasing Roses.

I liked Dalton's Blue October song the best of his three songs.

Trent just not my favorite but I think he would be the best fit for Scott.

I miss Mac.

Oh Kate, I miss him too!  Sweet adorkable singer/songwriter.  I so wanted to hear him do the Fleetwood Mac song last night......  Just not meant to be...

He is going to be on Kelly and Michael on Monday.  I wonder if he will do Roses??

LaP does have a great personality.  She is not my pick to win, but at least if she does win she is a sweet funny girl who adores her child so it will be hard to begrudge her.

The judges Fast Tracked 4 contestants remember - LaP, Trent, Dalton and Olivia.  3 of them made it to Top 3. 

No worries regarding Trent.  No artist is everyone's cuppa.

The one blessing of not doing a tour this year is that more than likely the Idol contract will be ended for the contestants who don't get re-signed much earlier. Technically, no one can sign anything until their Idol contracts are up.

Even though I want Dalton to win, I think the other 2 (plus Mac) would be deserving winners.

Indeed a good Top 4.  But I wanted Mac or Trent to win.  So now all my focus is on Trent!

I think with the show going off the air and no tour they might be way easier with the contracts.  

Mac says Roses will be out very soon.  He knows the label but said "he doesn't think he is allowed to say just yet".   So it is happening.  He might just be signed for a single.  But it is exciting that a big time manager has been after him for weeks.

Badger,  I am so torn. I just love Dalton and believe with every ounce of my being he is special.  The way he so creatively rearranges songs. The way he connects and takes you on a journey.  Trent has grown on me.  He has an exceptional voice but doesn't have the musicality of Dalton. 

Yet I do believe Trent fits with Scott better. Dalton needs a more cutting edge label. One who will let him use his creativity. 

I am tickled for Mac. Love that kids voice. It is so radio ready. Roses should be a huge top 40 hit.

Oh I so hope you are right!!  I want that for Mac in the worse way!

Trent will be a great winner!  He will put out an album of so country/soulful/bluesy stuff!!  Right up my ally!!

I hope I am right about Dalton too.  People are loving that boy. His Twitter followers has grown 10,000 since last week.

His Twitter following has been consistently growing but these past couple of weeks it really has zoomed up.  Speaking of Twitter, don't ask me why or how it happened.  I don't even know why it is such a big deal for those who constantly beg him to follow them........I have tweeted Dalton like 3 maybe 4 times........yesterday I retweeted the picture of he and Trent that Trent had posted.  A while later I went in to check my email and what was there but an email from Twitter saying that @DaltonRapatonni had followed me.  I thought it must be someone who was using it as an unofficial name but I checked and, no, it is really Dalton.    Guess I'm an official fangirl!    I know I'm one of thousands but I have to admit it feels sort of cool that he did that.

That's awesome canear!!! That was always so exciting when it used to happen to me.

My mom and I both really loved Dalton on EWTRTW. She particularly thought it was his best performance of the night and her favorite by him of everything she's seen. I felt all his performances were good last night. They each had their own highlights.

I loved Trent. Drink You Away wasn't what I was hoping for it to be but it was still good. I loved Tennessee Whiskey and the third song. He was fabulous on both of those.

Mac was incredibly sweet. He's got such a kind and happy soul. He did a wonderful job with Hallelujah. His speech was so genuine and classy. What a great young man. That's coming from both my mom and I. I'm glad to hear he's got something in the works and many good things coming to look forward to.

But what exactly does it mean Jennifer, other than they noticed something you posted?  I haven't a clue!  

The more I watch EWTRTW I like it more.  He was total Emo.  I think it being so low was offputting to some.

All I am going to say is if Trent doesn't make final two I am going to be beyond pissed and upset!!  He is the best vocalist of the 3!! 

Well, they had him leaving before and he wasn't in the bottom and they had Mac in danger before and he wasn't in the bottom so I won't believe it until I see it!

But looks like everyone needs to be prepared for a LaP win then! Gag me!  Bye Bye Idol!

There is a wonderful interview with Mac at MJ's - I will put it in Mac's thread though I wish those who don't get him would read it also.

Anyway, he was not clueless to the bussing!  He knew exactly what they did to him that night! He never got negative comments before and then he gets lots of them and nobody else did.  And knew as soon as the show was over he was leaving the next week.  He was very bummed - but accepted it and then was told he was going to get to release Roses anyway!

He was told it would be his coronation song!  He would have been the first Idol winner to have written his own coronation single!  What a honor they had that much faith in the song!

Anyway, good for him for seeing through the bullshit that night!!!  I am sure every contestant they have pulled that crap on knew also!

It's going to be like old home week this week!  Just saw this on my FB page!  James has been supporting Dalton all season.  It's so cool to get this picture.......and Avalon is sitting in behind them.

I will also buy it the second it is out!!  I downloaded iTunes just to get Mac and Trent songs!!

A lot of the Alumni are already there cause they are practicing group numbers.  Carrie, Kris and whoever are touring will be there probably a few days before the first part of the three part finale.

I saw some clips of Jordin's group which consist of her, Justin,, Pia and Kimberly Locke.  There may be more to the group but those are the ones that have been there in the practice clips.

FC since you got Itunes now you can also buy the songs from The Voice!

Yes I know!  I will be going there and seeing what Alison Porter has on there. 

I have all of Mac's songs from The Voice and all of Sawyer's. 

Well, those group numbers should be fun!!
