Just came back from Zoe's birthday party.

She loved her Dora the Explorer Car with Dora, Dora Outfit and Dora Back pack.

Kirah has some gift cards so we hit Marshalls. She got so much stuff for 78 dollars. A long shirt. sports bra, workout shirt, jacket and pants, a lovely white embroidered shirt and a pair of shorts.

Glad the party and shopping was a big success!

We have a Marshall's opening later this Spring. So now my ex-district manager has a new store to visit as it joins two Winner's/Home Sense plus the stand along Home Sense. It will be right next to the Sear's store. Plus a second Target opening later this month at the same mall.

Hoosa is back and the Hawks finally won again after 3 loses!!

Sunny and upper 30s today.  I have an easy day.  Just Ty, Cru and Jake during the day.  I will put Ty on the bus at noon and the other two down for a nap at 1:00 and then I am running some errands.  Rob and Eric will be here with the sleeping sweeties.

Have I said lately how much I hate Monday's because I do.    ....and freezing cold Monday's are even worse.  Not a happy camper this morning............thank goodness the Kings won last night or I'd be in a much worse mood than I am.

I get to use the boss's office this week though.      She's on a cruise and since my desk is right outside the computer room where they're going to be doing a lot of work this week, I'm hiding out in the office.  I get a window

I'm wearing a green sweater today.  I'm about 1/8 Irish.  My one grandfather was half Irish and it was actually his birthday today.   

My dad was pure Polish and my mom is French and Dutch.  No Irish blood here.  But St. Pat's Day is fun!

No green for me. I do not own anything Green. I look horrible and sickly in Green.

Olive Skin and Green do not compliment.   

I don't wear green very often.  It's not my favourite colour but I do it today to remember my grandfather.

Teddy, I forgot to mention to you that Craig was back from his suspension last night.  He got a goal.....but it wasn't a very pretty one.      He shot the puck at their goalie.  He sort of waved at it and it went in from center ice......but hey we'll take any goals we can!

Everything is fine here. The quake was originally given a 4.7 rating and centered in Westwood. They later reduced it to the 4.4 and said it was centered in and around Encino instead. It certainly felt quite big and it seemed to last a whole, more than just 5 seconds. It scared the crap out of me. I ha two more hours to sleep but I couldn't get back to sleep after that. Ugh. Anyway all is fine. I have to go into work now. Catch you all later! Have a good day!

Hubby's birthday was Saturday and his dad's is tomorrow and they are both of Irish descent. I have Irish from my mom and dad too. There is some German and Scottish too. I will wear my green sweater to work. I have lot's of green for the Shamrock's games.

I just heard about the earthquake. We get them all the time but they don't register as they are so deep off the coast. The last one I remember getting a jolt was the Seattle one that shook some brick buildings.

Just in front of our store there was a group of the cutest Irish dancers. Glad I was able to see it as it was just at the end of my shift.

Teddy glad you are ok. We only felt a small rumble here once and it scared me.

My hubby's birthday is June 7th. FIL passed away about 8 years ago. His birthday was late March though.

Hardly anyone wore green today at work.      Nobody seemed to get into the spirit of the day........except the 1,000's of university students in Waterloo who attended the huge annual street party today.

This group of boy's from the HS came through dressed as leprechaun's giving out "gold" coins. They did the same at Christmas dressed as Santa's.
