Funny you should say that because there's been some debate the last few days as to whether the song rips off of Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me" and while it somewhat does to me in spots, particularly the chorus after it was pointed out, it's not enough for people to go bonkers about it. The song stands on it's own just fine and I don't think it warrants complaints. Quite honestly it happens quite often these days with songs sounding like other songs and some are more obviously noticeable than others. Besides I love this song from ID!! It's one of my favorites!

CONGRATS TO ALEX AND SIERRA!

They won. Simon must be ecstatic to have a current act even though Sierra's voice I find a bit too odd and quirky and not pleasant to my ears I know that type of voice is in the a lot of people.

Next season should be really interesting to see what develops over the spring and summer.

I really believe that they will be a big success. They may not achieve 1D status (not many do) but they will represent the US XFactor well. From the way Jeff spoke, sounds like he will be signed.

On to Idol in January.

Yes they did. I think all 3 of them will be signed. Simon must be so happy to have someone young and current win. Now if he can just get a likeable panel of judges he'll be all set!

Likeable and knowledgeable would be good.

I would still love to see Adam as a judge/mentor ......... he sure is likeable and knowledgeable.....

I don't really feel Adam would work out for Xfactor.

I felt bad for Jeff.  Hope all will be good for him.

I think it should work out. Now with Sony on board a real contract is more likely. That is one of the draw backs to Rockstar and The Voice but both were and are Mark Burnett productions.

Xfactor for me blows the Voice and Idol away. The production is amazing. The judges need to have more umph and I think Adam would add that.

I sincerely hope that Carlito, Jeff and A&S are successful. I would buy music from all 3. Yep Simon must be ecstatic that he has marketable finalists.

Well, I disagree with that.  I still love Idol the best by far.  I prefer The Voice to X-Factor because I so enjoy the coaches and the fact that it simply about the voice.

For me, X-Factor has WAY too much production!  The lasers and flashing lights could send somebody into fits!!  Half naked women dirty dancing for Xmas songs???? Can't stand those 3 women judges!  Thank god blue-haired hag looking Demi is leaving.  What is up with that hair???? She looked about 50 last night!  NOT becoming at all!

So no, this show comes in third for me.  Now if they make Adam a coach that would be a whole other story!!

It will be interesting to see if A&S become the huge stars you all think they will be.  I actually do not think we will be seeing much of Jeff and Carlito.

I love the big production. Makes it a fun show to watch and contestants gets the production that suits their style. I liked the dancers for Carlitos Christmas songs. It wasn't dirty just fun. I hope Idol can get some of that glitz the coming season. The tweets from Keith Irban and Harry Connick have cool so hope that comes across this year.
