I didn't see Michael but I saw Rion.  Loved her!!  Enjoyed Restless Road too.  First time I liked them.

WOW!  Jeff was amazing!!!

They're all stepping it up tonight! I honestly thought tonight would be a dud of a night but so far so great! M'thinks Restless Road perhaps took some tips from 1D last week. They came off more classy and cohesive.

Well, these songs are not true big band songs.  Josh Levi sure isn't doing a big band

Oh please!! Rickey Martin is NOT big band!!

It's a misleading theme........it should be performing in front of a big band. That being said, nobody has sucked tonight.

Some are being true to the theme and some are just going with what they like to do.

You talk like the contestants have any say in the matter.  I think we all know better.

Tonight's XFactor was IMO incredible.  It was riveting.  I think it blew the Voice away (except for Will)

I loved Josh, Elona and Jeff best.

  It took me a few bars to figure out what song Alex and Sereena were singing but I liked their version better than Taylors.  

But hell I even loved Carlito

I did not dislike any performances.

It will stink for 2 to go this week.

I can't even decide who I think it should be.

FC the theme is Big Band Night not songs from the Big Band Era.

I took it as Canear did singing any song in a big band arrangement.

Terry plays modern music sometime in his big band.

Well, I disagree that this show is better than The Voice.  My ABC shows were reruns so that is why I watched tonight.  It was good.

Josh and Carlito are not my cuppa so they could leave and I wouldn;t be upset.

The two girls were my faves followed by Alex and Sereena.  Don't know that song at all.

I think it was the best night for all the contestants. Alex and Sierra were outstanding. She really came into her own tonight. Eliona is just wow! I loved Restless Road........huge improvement over last week and Jeff totally nailed it! Not a clue who will leave.

I loved tonight. I love big band and modern songs done in a big band style. Everyone really stepped up their game. Really loved Jeff, Elona, Lillie, Sierra and Alex, Restless Road, Josh and Carlito. Glad he ditched the gang clothes. Love the Xfactor production style on both UK and US editions.

Yes Canear I saw my homie Michael. His NBC special should be on soon. He taped it a few weeks ago in Vancouver.

I liked Alex and Sierra's version. Never heard Taylor's as I don't listen to her.

Totally agree Kate, I love Xfactors production style. It is just incredible.

I find with the Voice, I just listen and enjoy but my eyes wander. With Xfactor I am glued to the performance. Just incredible with the staging, dancing etc.

Except for Lily, I do not want anyone to go!! Carlito is finally doing what he should have been doing all along. I loved his audition with the Spanish mix then he ditched it.

Josh to me is just a star. So much charisma and talent.

Elona has such a powerful voice and can do so much with it.

Still like Matthew but he is falling down my favs chart.

Who is Matthew?

Oh good I'm not loosing it!    Couldn't figure out which one was Matthew on X-Factor for the life of me!

The bottom two were Josh and Rion.     I thought Josh gave the best performance to sing off but the judges were split so it went to the public vote.  (Darn you Simon! for chickening out.........).  Unbelievable but Josh was the second lowest vote getter.  I'm wondering if there is some monkey business here because Simon was the first one up on stage to give Josh a hug and whispered something to him.  I'm betting Josh isn't long to be signed.  

Oh and Paulina made a huge mistake!  When introducing Josh for the singoff she called him Carlito.  

Well, wasn't home to watch.  I did tape it, but I am not surprised or upset about either of the two that went home.  I never found Josh as good as you guys.   So glad Rion stayed!

Rion was not good in the sing off and she acted weird.   Maybe it's because she is so young but there was something off about her. I suspect she will be gone next week.

Well, I will have to watch my tape later, but I still prefer her to everybody else. Though I enjoyed Jeff this week.  I still don't think any of them are going to be big stars after the show.
