Teddy, that is how I felt this morning when the word I put in for our game came up to 54 points! My mouth dropped!

Maybe you get points for using all your tiles and winning??? I've never really paid that much attention.

I do think you get extra points for using up all your tiles and winning. I've seen that happen with me. I end up getting more than I'm supposed to or expect to.

FC, in our last game we were running really close. I was only ahead of you by 7 points. You ended up passing on a turn so it came back to me, but I couldn't do anything. I could have passed myself, but I didn't see the point. That really sucked because I had a Q I wanted to use!!

Yes, I noticed that Teddy. I passed because I couldn't do anything and thought maybe with your next word I could. If you had passed I would have resigned. I guess when you resign the other person automatically wins. I was so shocked when it said I won

Sky, I could see getting extra points for using all your tiles - but that isn't what happened. I got exactly what I added up - 321, but your points went down from 321 to 316. Oh well, not complaining about getting another win! Just don't get why your points went down.

Maybe they subtract the points of remaining tiles and the one that wins by using all your tiles has more pts? I think I'll see if the info is on the site.

Holy crap I won against Sky again tonight! That's like the 5th straight time or something!

Hey, I think you've had some pretty good letters and words! You've been making me work for it!

You do get points for winning. I put down both my remaining letters and the word should have totaled3 pts and iI got 12 pts. I needed 4 to tie with FC

That was so close and if it didn't give you points for winning, I would have lost. That was a tough game!

Yeah, being up by 120 and then a 46 point word sure felt like pile on.

I resigned and honestly ladies, I am done with this game for awhile. At least until after the holidays. It actually adds stress both to my brain and eyes and pile on is no fun. So I won't be playing anymore for awhile.

I hope you join in again too. To be honest, I don't pay attention to the scores. The fun for me is finding a word and somewhere to put it. It really makes no difference to me if I win or not and half the time I'm not paying attention enough to know if I'm ahead or behind, except when playing with hubby because he sometimes uses a cheat sheet site!

FC, do you want me to resign this game? If I do nothing it ends itself in 72 hours.

No, we can finish that one. I'm just not going to start another one until after the holidays. I have a million things to do and I swear since I have been doing this game on my phone I get annoying little headaches. I just don't have the tablet with me during the day with the kids so I use the phone. You don't use a cheat sheet site?? I was sure you guys did with some of the words you all come up with that I have never heard

I spend a lot of time trying to come up with words in the right spots etc. and frankly I really want to enjoy some other games that I haven't played at all since we started this. Games on my tablet.

This was fun at first, but I haven't enjoyed it lately really.

I don't know half the words sometimes. I just put the letters up there and if it works, it works. Sometimes I'm surprised at the words that are allowed that I've never heard of or used or knew about, especially the two letter words like AE? or JO?

I have never used a cheat site, ever. I don't think hubby does anymore either, he got tired of me 'ribbing' him about it. Now he does what I do, put the letters up and see if it's a word!

Damn, I couldn't imagine playing this on a phone!

FC, you don't have to play every time the other person played or right away. You have 72 hours to make a play. There isn't a rush to finish.

Yeah, and it doesn't take two letter words I expect it to like OJ

I always feel like I have to get a word in so I don't hold others up who want to play.
