| Chopped All Stars -- my only comment is chicken feet? The fact that some left the toenails on just turned my stomach. No way could I eat that. | |

| That's the thing about those "Chopped" baskets: the chefs don't always get things they've ever cooked before. I was happy with who won although I like - Spoiler:
Aarti
too. | |

| Neither was I. - Spoiler:
To be fair though, even in her own season of "Food Network Star", the judges generally liked her food a lot, it was her personality that grated. So I can see how she would have won this tonight. I was rooting for Vic though.

| I was rooting for Alex, but I'm okay with Marcus making it through. Hoping for Michael Symond to win it all! (just as long as it isn't Evil Penni!) | |

| Are you watching "Sweet Genius" at all? I think now that they have the host guy smiling more, he's even creepier than he was before. LOL! | |

| They are on at times when I'm not watching anything else, usually....and they are repeated throughout the week. I only watch a select number of network shows and spend a lot of time with Food network, HGTV and DIY. | |

| Well, I never get to have the TV on during the day so I miss so much stuff on those channels. | |

My TV is never on during the day either. I only watch TV in the evenings.

| Oh. If I didn't have the kids I would watch a few shows during the day. I'd like to see Ellen and some HDTV shows. I have so many evening shows as it is I don't get to see much on HDTV. | |

| That's why I don't get involved with a lot of network shows, because they'd conflict with my other shows. Some I can watch OnDemand though. There aren't any shows on during the daytime I'd want to watch unless the guest is someone I want to see. | |

| Good show last night on Chopped All Stars. - Spoiler:
I wish Penni had gone first, she sure likes to gloat. Marcus deserved the win, he is an excellent chef but would have preferred Michael to win.

| I pet sat over the weekend and didn't get home till about 9:00 last night. I had set my DVR to record a bunch of shows (including "Chopped Allstars") but when I went to turn on my TV, the only channels I could get were like my local channels. I figure something must have happened Saturday because the shows I DVR'ed Friday all recorded but nothing since then. Then when I went back to my DVR, I got a message saying that was no longer in service. Same thing with On-Demand. So I called up Charter and they told me no outages were reported in my area. So now I'm just waiting for the repair people to come and get it fixed, hopefully within the next couple of days.
I checked on Twitter to see who won, so I basically know what happened.
"Food Network Star" starts next Sunday. Sounds like they're making a few changes, including having an audience vote instead of just the judges picking the winner.

| I can't watch Chopped All Stars when it's on the first time, but it repeats 2 or 3 hours later, thats when I watch it. I'm excited with the start of Food Network Star! | |

| Food Network Star............an interesting bunch. I was so hoping that Josh was going to stay! Yay! He'll be nice to look at this season, so I hope he stays around! Too bad the eggs he needed weren't bought and he had to change his dish at the last minute. | |

| Yeah, I was glad he made it through too, although I think I like Alton's team the best overall. That peanut butter pie with the pork crust sounded awesome. Of course, you have to be ultraskinny to eat it as it's probably like a million calories not to mention the fat, etc.
I think Christie (the girl who left) would have been better off if she hadn't been so obsessed that the judges found her presentation "angry." Like when she interrupted them when they were giving their critiques to let them know she wasn't really angry but passionate. I also didn't get her remarks about making something the opposite of what she made her brother when he came back from Afghanistan. She should have said what it was she made for her brother. Then they would have had something to compare.
