For what I read Adam only got a lukewarm response tonight and the star of the night was Enrique. Well after all he is a Florida guy.

He must live in Florida because everywhere I read is calling him the hometown boy and that is the reason he closed the show. Large Hispanic popular there and Enrique is HUGE in the Hispanic music scene. He has managed to stay extremely popular for a very long time.

I think Adam suffered in comparison to Katy who was the headliner. She had a much longer set with lots of costumes and dancers and the young girls were insane for her! Adam came right after her. Adam had no dancers or costumes and only 4 songs - 2 of which non-fans wouldn't even know. The crowd was very excited for IIHY though.

I think people need to remember that as Adamcentric as we are and as much as he pretty well had his way on the tour this summer (which, in reality, was probably mainly hardcore or AI fans), Adam is not the huge star that Katy, Enrique and that rapper are. I think it's back to reality for Adam in realizing that he has a lot of work still to do especially in North America.......and that's why that 2nd CD is so important.

I like what they say about Adam: "...Adam Lambert didn’t hide behind the make-up but instead showed his strong vocals...." And some of the comments are interesting from concertgoers who were surprised by Adam's impeccible vocals!

I really do hope that Adam continues to WOW audiences with his strong vocals from here on out! THAT's his ticket to the really big time in the good old US of A!! With these amazing JB performances and with the release of Acoustic Live!, I'm starting to think that Adam IS getting it!! It's the VOCALS, baby!

Was just flipping through the channels when I came across Fuse and they had on the NY Jingle Ball. They had Enrique Iglasis and Katy Perry. Only saw a half hour so I don't know who was on before them. But Adam was not in New York recently was he? I thought he was in LA last night? In any event, I will watch again tomorrow night when it repeats.
