FC- Thanks. No big deal. Actually the whole song is very sexual so that 4 seconds sort of went along with the rest of the performance.

We're always going to go back and forth about these things. No matter what it involved or how long it was anything like what he did in the video is going to cause some upset. It's just the way it is.

Okay this back and forth stuff on this new video has me wondering what is up. Was Adam being overly sexual again? If the answer is yes I will for sure pass on the video. I don't find that sexy. I'm pretty sure he feels he gives BOTH types of fans what they want. For over an hour he gives the "angelic" fans what they want and for a few seconds he gives the ones who want very sexy what they want. Why can't the "angelic" ones give him (and the fans who want sexy) a break when it's all of 4 seconds? And in Europe this is nothing new or shocking in any way. In fact they probably find him tame.

Cause doing that type stuff is not being sexy. Sorry it is not. Adam can be very sexy without doing what he is doing on stage. What he is doing is being overly sexual and thinking everybody is cool with that. Touching yourself and acting like your masturbating should not be something that is done on stage. Yes I know Madonna & Britany & Christina do it to but it does not make it okay. Also yes sex sells and that is big time disturbing.

ETA: Also why would people want to see someone up on the stage who looks to be masturbating? Do they get off on it? I am sorry but I seriously do not understand how anybody can think seeing that is Sexy! I seriously would feel I am watching something I shouldn't be and feel like a voyor into someones private life.

I do not feel that one can say what is and isn't sexy. What is sexy to some may not be sexy to others. Thinking what he did was not sexy is your opinion. For many others the opinion is quite different. It is like saying someone is handsome or ugly. All in the eye of the beholder. So you can say it's not sexy to you - but you cannot say it is not sexy. You can say in your opinion it's not right - but that does not make it "not right" for everybody else.

Has anybody ever even considered the fact that maybe someone like Angel or myself (especially myself) who has little or NO experience whatsoever concerning certain things that, that might factor in to how we feel when it comes to specific areas? When you don't know much about that side of yourself on your own let alone with someone else that it can be extremely uncomfortable and so when you don't "get it" like a lot of others do you're looked at weirdly. Sometimes I feel like many forget how I don't have any idea what it's like to be with someone let alone be with someone that way. You might be thinking, "Well what does that have to do with this topic?" Heck you might not even understand what I'm saying, but personally I think it has a lot to do with things. It's just as much a factor as your beliefs and how you grew up. At least I think it does.

That is a fair statement and I agree so I will say this is MY OPINION that is not sexy at all.

No one has answered my question why do people want to see that? Why is it so huge to see Adam doing this? I honestly do not understand. It blows my mind that people find this to be okay.

What if that was one of your sons up there doing that would you find it to be okay? Serious question here.

ETA: Teddy that is a good point. I have had boyfriends but I am very innocent when it comes to this kind of stuff so when it is thrown out there on stage during a concert yeah it is a very uncomfortable thing to see. Also I get exactly what you are saying especially with the part where you talk about how you were raised.

I had posted something but it is too personal so I deleted it! I will say with how people feel about some things can very well go along with how you were raised.

That is not what I meant and maybe I should of kept what I had to say there to show what I meant. I told you guys I do not write well and it is hard for me to get my point across.

The way I was raised was very very sheltered. I lived with my mother till I was 19,(not my choice of course but didn't have a job until I turned 19 and could get out), and then I moved out to get an apartment with my sister. I was not aloud to date till I was 18 and didn't have my first date till I was 20 years old. I was not aloud to see rated R movies till I was out of my mothers house. Things that showed any type of overly sexual stuff were not aloud in my house so I admit seeing it show up in peoples stage acts at concerts have been very uncomfortable for me. I am way Naive to that world and I won't lie about that. To me seeing people do this stuff is very disturbing cause I honestly don't understand why they would want to do that stuff in front of 10,000 or more people. I am not prude I was just raised you don't do that stuff where the world can see it.

Me and my mom do not see eye to eye on a lot of things and one thing was cause of the way she raised me and my siblings. It was way to sheltered.

Anyway that is getting off topic. I was just trying to say that because of the way some are raised they can see things a lot differently. That is all I meant.

ETA: cause this subject always ends in bad stuff I will try my best to stay out of the conversation that has to do with it. I do not want what I say to get turned around like I am accusing people.

Everyone is different and everyone sees things differently. Sometimes I just don't understand. I don't understand a lot of things. I try to but it can be incredibly difficult. I think the same can be said for everyone.
