ONE TREE HILL

I didn't watch tonight but I did catch the preview for next week. Another holy crap. Nathan has been kidnapped!

I taped it since I watched Idol. I'll see it this weekend. I knew that was going to be it.

I still think the body at the morgue is going to be Quinn. I just cannot imagine they would kill off Nathan. He is like the core of the show since Lukas left.

Regardless of whoever it ends up being it's really going to suck.

I've caught up on all my other shows but I still have the last three of OTH to watch.

Even though I'm behind I just saw a sneak peek for next week's episode. In it Haley has Quinn with her as they go identify a body. Haley pretty much collapses when she gets the call before they even leave. I'm really freaking hoping it's not Nathan, but I just don't know. I'm not getting a good feeling from this preview.

I saw another preview too where it shows some creep in the cafe. I think it was the guy who brutally went after Brooke a few seasons ago. Julian ends up kicking him out and threatening him. I'm pretty this guy is the reason for whatever happens to Julian.

There was already the scene where Julian gets beat-up outside a bar. It was a couple weeks ago.

Hmmm, I kinda thought it would be Quinn in the morgue because of what is going on with Clay. I just cannot imagine they will kill off the main and beloved character of the show. I wonder if it is going to be Lukas or Dan as they try to save Nathan. So far none of the scenes from those previews have turned out to be what I thought they would be - like Brooke tearing up that dinner.

Maybe it could be either one of them. At this point I don't even know what to guess.

Man, last night was violent! Dan was like Rambo!

Do you know if there's a recap anywhere around for the show? I'd like to read it. I haven't been keeping up with this the way I had wanted to especially it being the last season. I've got a lot of episodes to catch up on.

I could look around for a recap and bring one here later. That said - if you are behind and do wish to watch the episodes than I am not sure you should read the recap of last night. I was glad to be totally caught off guard as to what went down. So do be sure you are cool with being spoiled because a lot came to a head this last episode.

Is Dan dying? Is Brooke OK? This week’s ‘One Tree Hill’ was insane!

The March 14 episode of One Tree Hill was the most action-packed hour of the series. Dan (Paul Johansson) put his plan into action to try and save Nathan (James Lafferty), while Brooke Davis (Sophia Bush) was just trying to stay alive.

Brooke found Karen’s Cafe completely trashed and exchanged a few not-so-nice words with Tara (Chelsea Kane). Then the game of cat and mouse began! Xavier caught Brooke alone in a parking garage and chased her down, threatening to kill her. I didn’t really understand where he was going with most of the words coming out of his mouth, but the knife in his hand was what got my attention. He finally got Brooke cornered and was just about to kill her… when Tara showed up with a taser! Dead or not, I’m hoping this means Xavier is gone for good.

Meanwhile, Clay (Robert Buckley) had a chat with Sarah during a visit to her grave, and told her what a good father he planned to be when given the chance. I’m really hoping Logan understands and forgives his dad because Clay, Quinn (Shantel VanSanten) and Logan would make the most adorable family ever.

And now for the real action: Dan Scott (Paul Johansson), Julian (Austin Nichols) and Chris Keller (Tyler Hilton) cooked up a scheme to break Nathan free. Dan was shooting people left and right, Chris Keller ran one guy into the wall with his car — then ran for the hills — and Julian showed up just in time to save the day! But in the process of saving Nathan, Dan did take a bullet for his son, so he’s the true hero.

Dan's Army of Misfit Boys

Dan teams up with Julian and Chris Keller to rescue Nathan with the intel he beat out of the drug dealer. It's enough to make me wish Dan, Julian and Chris Keller would've have more scenes together, because the strangely hilarious chemistry they have is perfect.

Julian helps a little, but Dan tells him to leave early because he has a family. Chris Keller doesn't, so he's more expendable. Dan busts into the abandoned building where Nathan is being held while Chris Keller runs over a giant guard with a car. Hooray for Chris Keller!

Dan gets inside, finds Nathan and rescues him. It's the kind of surreal, fitting moment where the father is finally redeemed. Dimitri shows up to shoot Nathan, but Dan jumps in and literally takes a bullet for his son. We're left without an answer, but it looks like Dan will probably die. It's feels right.

Nathan isn't out of the woods yet. After Nathan shoots Dimitri, the crooked cop shows up. Luckily Julian returns to hit him in the head with a shovel. So Julian saves the day? Given the way he high-fives, that's a bit of a shocker. The episode ends with Nathan and Julian over Dan's body dialing the phone, and then we see Haley answering a phone. There's no need to show us her face after that, because her happiness would burst our TV sets.

Tazin' Xavier

Karen's Café is demolished and Brooke has a total meltdown about it. She then commits a classic horror film mistake by going into a dark and empty parking garage. Xavier shows up and all ambiguity is out the window. He pulls a knife on her and threatens to rape Brooke. He's gone full-on serial killer at this point.

Xavier is just about to exact his revenge on Brooke when, thankfully, Tara shows up and tazes him. Then Brooke tazes him some more. So first Julian, now Tara. This episode is full of unlikely heroes.

Clay's Journey

With Dan Scott's fatal rescue of his son and Brooke and Tara taking down Xavier, the third storyline is kind of pointless. Clay and Quinn go on a late-night road trip so he can have a cathartic conversation with his dead wife. Good for him, now maybe he can pop the question. And Mouth can propose to Millie. And One Tree Hill can plan a big double wedding. And birds will sing and rainbows will appear and everything will be shiny and happy forever and ever. At least that's what I hope happens next, because I seriously need some happy, cheery fun after the rollercoaster of emotion this season has sent me on.

WOW. A sure heck of a lot went down. My goodness.

HA! I can sure imagine that too. The guy is built! (I know there's more to it than that though. I get it.)

He IS built! Did it all in a tight t-shirt and jeans! So hot being all I'll kill anybody getting in the way of me saving my son!! It was pretty cool - but sure nothing like the old One Tree Hill where all he cared about was winning basketball games

Oh boy. Well, I'm going to have some time this coming week so hopefully I can catch up a little bit.

This makes me so sad....

I remember when they married. She was sooooo happy and excited. I always liked her so much - especially now because Justin's girlfriend looks like she could be her sister.
