| He does look 12! He looked 12 years ago on Angel when he played a teenager When I heard Vincent was on this show I assumed he played someone's son or an intern or something. The scenes with him and his wife still crack me up a bit because I just do not see him as married and a tough business man! | |

| I love him. I think that scene between him and Peggy was excellent. They both should get emmy nods. I bet he looks for that baby. Boy Betty always does the opposite of what I think she is going to do. I sure did not think she wouls gertit on with that guy. I don't think she wanted to go back with Don at all. I think she thought she did not have a choice. | |

| Oh, I love Vincent too! I just think he looks so young for his age - which is great for him. The scene with Peggy was really good. I so think Elizabeth should get an Emmy nod too. I think she is wonderful! I was shocked about Betty too. I think she NEEDED to get back at Don for the pain he has caused her. I think she still loves him though. I'm quite sure she did not want this baby. I wonder how things will play out next season regarding this baby. I am so going to miss this show I can't believe it was only on for two months and we have to wait almost a year for it to return :x | |

| I love the show too. When the show starts again it will be forward two years so it will be 1964. So that baby will be a toddler. Oh goodness I thought Vincent was 20 or 21 but he is 28 ! He will be grateful for that in a few years. | |

| Oh, I didn't know they were jumping ahead two years! I wonder if Pete will still be looking for his son or if he will have found him by then.
Yep, I loved up Vincent awhile ago to see how old he really was and I was shocked! With his hair down as he wears it in real life he looks about 19! Such a baby face. Hey - remember that actor from the Karate Kid? He was about 28 when he made that movie and he was suppose to he a young teen. I almost fell over when he said how old he really was. I wonder how he looks today?

| uh ohDeadline Hollywood Daily: - Quote :
- Lionsgate execs are calling Hollywood agencies looking for a showrunner to replace Matthew Weiner, the brilliant creator of Mad Men. The reason is that they think Weiner's agents at CAA are asking for too much money for him. I hear CAA wants a multi-year deal that pays Weiner $10 million a year. Plus he wants control over promotion and advertising. Now that's consistent with a big hit on pay cable and what Darren Star or David Chase made on HBO. But it's way, way rich for a Lionsgate show on AMC, and execs are telling CAA it can't pay that.
Speaking of Vincent Kartheiser, he kind of reminds me a bit of Johnny Weir. He has that same kind of androgynous look.

| On goodness. I don't want them to mess with the show, but I don't know that the man should be so demanding when the show is not quite a huge ratings hit. I really hate seeing people get all diva like over these matters. | |

| I've seen it on cable a few times. I think it's one of those movies that plays in the big cities but never makes it down to the suburbs or small towns. It's based on a true story about a boy who was expelled from the Royal Naval College in 1908 for stealing and trying to cash in a 5-shilling postal order. His family hires a famous lawyer (Jeremy Northram) to clear his name in court, and he develops kind of a "sparring relationship" with the boy's older sister, a suffragette. The thing that's interesting about it is that very little of the movie takes place in the courtroom. | |

| 'Mad Men' Creator Signs New DealMatthew Weiner will stay with show, develop new ones
The man behind "Mad Men" will remain with the series for another two years.
Series creator Matthew Weiner has signed a new deal with Lionsgate TV, which produces the Emmy-winning show, that will keep him around as executive producer and showrunner for two more years. The agreement follows months of negotiations following a second season on AMC whose ratings nearly doubled from the first.
The contract, which is in the seven-figure range, also calls for Weiner to develop new series for Lionsgate TV and film projects for the studio's movie division, the showbiz trade papers report.
AMC Wants a 'Mad Men' Summer
Negotiations between Weiner and Lionsgate dragged on for several months, with word occasionally leaking out that talks were at an impasse. AMC banked on both the show and Weiner returning; earlier this month the cable channel's president, Charlie Collier, said "Mad Men" would return in the summer and that he was "optimistic" Weiner would remain in the fold.
In a statement, Weiner calls working on "Mad Men" "a charmed experience, made possible by my partnership with AMC and Lionsgate. I am proud to work so closely with these two companies who love taking risks and value creativity, and I am thrilled to get back to work with the most talented cast and crew in the business."
The series won the Emmy for best drama series last year

| I read that and I am so happy it looks like all will be a go ahead with this show! I cannot imagine that TPTB wouldn't do whatever it took to make sure this show comes back!
That said - waiting until summer seems like such a long time :(
