| I think your scenario is probably exactly right.
Must have missed the Cory reference.

| That was when Teri was talking to Grayson about all the guys from the firm Kim has dated and she says, "Who's next, Cory from the mailroom and Grayson says something like "You must have missed the Christmas party."
Maybe this Cory guy is significantly younger (if he's working in the mailroom, he's definitely poorer than she is) and they've been seeing each other secretly.
Another thing I think will happen is that for whatever reason Owen is going t confront Jane about her relationship with Grayson and he'll tell her he still wants to marry her but he won't stop her if she changes her mind. In the previews, it looks like her dress gets caught on something. Maybe Grayson helps her get it unstuck and that's when they have their scene. Of course, this will cause a delay in Jane getting down the aisle which of course will be played up big time.

| I bought the Season 3 DVD last week. I'll probably get this season on Blu Ray when that becomes available. | |

| I ordered Seasons 1 and 2 the other day. They should be here by Saturday.
Oh and Josh Berman, the show's creator and producer tweeted that the cliffhanger will involve a guest star who has not been announced yet.

| I guess the cliffhanger is "who is in Owen's body?" Is it "Old Jane" or is he just suffering from temporary amnesia like Grayson did when he got hit by that car.

| Poor Owen. His heart was broken, wasn't it.
How long will it take them to get everything sorted out, I wonder.
FTR, I don't think Kim meant Parker is her baby's biological father. I think she meant she wanted the two of them to raise the baby together as a family.

| Well, we have almost a full year to wait and see how they handle it. But if Jane is in Owen's body then he must be dead right?
Yes, I agree regarding Kim and Parker.

| Yeah, he's dead. There was some speculation that maybe he has temporary amnesia but Josh Berman said the cliffhanger would be a gamechanger for the show and what would be more of a gamechanger than for Deb/Jane's fiance's body to be taken over by Old Jane's soul?
Some people over at Tumblr and Facebook think the kiss was meant to be a goodbye kiss and that it looked like it was on the cheek. I'm pretty sure the Owen/Jane romance storyline is over and we are now embarking on the inevitable Grayson/Jane romance.

| It didn't look like a kiss on the cheek to me! I do think they will have them get together next season. It is going to be really interesting that Owen will be Jane! | |

| Yeah, I think it was meant to be a passionate kiss. It looked to me more like a "stage" kiss that just got filmed kind of awkwardly. ScreenSpy interview with Josh Berman - Quote :
- So, is that really Jane Bingum in Owen’s body and if so, is Owen officially dead? “I can’t answer that one,” he says. (We kind of suspected as much.) “I can promise the twists will keep on coming,” Berman adds. “The show is a lot like life — day to day we are thrown all sorts of surprises. Of course, Jane’s life is a little more complicated than mine, but hopefully the viewers find the storytelling grounded within the reality we’ve created.“

| NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Quote :
- "Drop Dead Diva" won't see another year on Lifetime.
The channel has decided to pull the plug on the series, starring Brooke Elliott and Margaret Cho, after four seasons.
The one-hour comedic drama told the story of a wannabe model who dies in an accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of deceased attorney, Jane Bingum, portrayed by Elliot. Joan Rivers, Kim Kardashian, Brandy and Serena Williams were among the guest stars who appeared on the series through the years.
The news comes three months after "Drop Dead Diva" wrapped its fourth season.
Last year, Cho, who played legal assistant Teri Lee on the show, told CBSNews.com about what it was like on the set of "Drop Dead Diva."
"We work pretty hard," Cho said. "When you do these one-hour shows, you are essentially making a movie in eight days. And so we really are putting in long hours and it's pretty intense down there. We're outside of Atlanta and it's pretty hot right now. And everybody's so close because we all come from Los Angeles and New York and put into this new environment. And we've really held on to each other, which is really awesome."
Although "Drop Dead Diva" is dead on Lifetime, fans of the series may be in luck. Deadline reports that Sony Pictures TV may shop it around elsewhere.

I am beside myself!! I adored this show!! I have no idea why they canceled it..... It was popular and had good ratings for the network. They are not even going to let them wrap up the storylines????? Horrible!

| I know. I was pissed off too.
From what I understand, it was considered too expensive to produce and they couldn't figure a way to cut costs.

| I wish they would at least do a "special" episode to wrap up the story. We have to see what becomes of Jane/Deb/Grayson. I am soooooooo going to miss this show. I just adored it | |
