Wow, that CB board needs to get a grip. I'm not sure what you can do about the people that have never posted or signed in.......I would think if they really wanted to join, they would at least post a quick 'Hello' or something? But if this board isn't private and they had no intention of posting anything, why would they even register? I don't register for a site if I can see everything and just want to lurk.

Agree - don't know why they bothered to register. I understand not being able to post often or anything - but at least a Hello and a post once in awhile is nice.

Yeah, they need to get a grip alright! Rolling Eyes

I hate to have had to do this - but I do not want people feeling they have to be super careful of what they say for fear of posts being lifted and PM'd to people. Not that anybody said anything to be ashamed of - but I guess if you don't worship at the alter of Clay - well, you get it.

Frankly I completely believe the real reason I was banned from there is because they knew I PM'd people and invited them here where they would have freedom of speech! Being banned for posting a link to the RS cover and a link to Access Hollywood sure don't seem like good enough reasons to be banned with no warning.

This is why we should become a private board. I don't want to hesitate about posting something that can be taken to another board!!! Judy

There is not a function to make the whole board private - but I was able to make the whole music section private. Nobody can lurk in Clay or Adam's thread - or David Cook's or anyone in the music section. They cannot even see that we have a music section. So you are free to talk in those threads.

I logged out and checked - no sign of a Music forum. Log in and viola MUSIC forum. So no lurkers will see anything you have to say in those threads. I don't think there is any reason to make any other forums private. I'm sure our mole or moles only care about Clay and Adam threads.

Soon I will delete this thread too - once I know everybody has seen the info.

That's nice you could do that for those involved, but I'd hate to have the whole board private.
