| That's why I think many Mad Men fans say you need to see the show from the very first episode to really get it. I love that Betty was reading "The Group" this episode. That's a great feminist novel which got turned into a pretty good movei although not as good as the book. |

| Wow! No discussion of last night's episode? Whoa! For the first time, I felt sympathy for Don. What do you think that says about me? LOL |

| Don probably thought everything was all right regarding their marriage and he was blindsided that Betty was still angry about it. He thought she was only upset about JFK's assassination. I loved that Roger called Joan to commiserate about the wedding. He misses having a grown-up woman to talk to. |

| I really can't muster up sympathy for Don. He is just too much of a cad. Betty isn't perfect but for the most part she does her best. She JUST had a baby - and he is out screwing his kid's teacher. He has just been a wee bit too slimy for me this season to really care for his feelings. I actually would love for the season to end with Betty and kids leaving him. Maybe that will shape him up for next season. It was really sad watching all the actual footage from the Kennedy and Oswald shootings. Seeing Walter wipe his eyes - that I don't remember from when I was little. Pete was sure something this episode! Now he I felt sorry for. _________________ "You can kinda just be. | I am GLAD Betty told Don she did not love him anymore . Could you? He is a liar and a cad. I mean really she has no idea who he really is. I thought they handled the Kennedy assassination very well. I felt myself tearing up several times. Gosh did I feel bad for Margaret though. Having a wedding the day after. Sheesh. I really think Peggy and Pete should leave and work for Duck and I hope that is what happens. |
