| Just having hot dogs tonight loo. Hubby is still asleep so he didn't even have lunch.
Hatjor that sounds like a nice evening. So many music events downtown don't start until after 9 or !0pm so just too late for us. There used to be a few clubs here but one was torn down. Hoping the other one brings in life music as they are doing reno's. | |

| Yeah Canear it was a great event. It started at 8 and was over by 10!! Not in a club but in a beautiful theater with exceptional sound. It is where Briah performed as a child in many many plays. So quite nostalgic for Briah and I. http://firehouse.org/I used to make the props and staging and paint the scenery. Good Times. . No talking and everyone was quiet. Great time had by all. Will Daily has a new CD and I can't wait to buy it. http://willdailey.com/Terry and I will go to see Josh Logan there in a few weeks. Love him. Kate did you give a listen to Gideon Brown and Will Dailey? | |

| No Hathor, not yet. I'm just glad I found something today to wear to the shower! I have been diligently looking online though. Your meals sound wonderful but I won't eat lamb. I see their cute little faces .......... The crab was delicious! I love it but it is such a pain to get to the meat! Sounds like a lovely day FC. Hope you took some pictures! I love hot dogs. I'll have them every couple of weeks when I want to do something quick and easy. Tomorrow I'm going to make a chicken pot pie. | |

| I'm finally getting online. I was supposed to be off work at 7:45 tonight but I didn't make it home until an hour later! I had dinner then spent some time with Cupcake and now I'm here! Hathor, it's really not too bad. I don't have to work tomorrow so I didn't mind working today. Of course I wish I had been here to chat with you during the day! What's stuffed fruit French toast? canear, good for you treating yourself to a special dinner! I'm sure you made sure to really enjoy those crab legs!! I'm glad to read you got some shopping done too and found something nice to wear for the shower! FC, your outfit was wonderfully coordinated all the way around with accessories and the works! I'm sure you must have looked beautiful. I'm so glad the day turned out to be so lovely for the bride and groom and that a wonderful time was had by all! The food definitely sounds delicious but then I love Italian food very much too!! It'll be a nice Easter tomorrow as we're doing both breakfast and dinner! Mom doesn't usually care for ham but this year she decided on a honey roasted/backed one. We're going to have it with au gratin potatoes, asparagus, salad and bread! I CAN'T WAIT! Breakfast will be eggs, bacon, fruit and hot cross buns! YUMMY! | |

| Cupcake is not well. She seemed better Sunday and Monday but every day after has been hard. We got her started on the medicine Monday morning and my mom started the special vet food today. My mom has been in continuous contact with the vets since Wednesday. Cupcake is having a lot of difficulty getting around. She's not very strong. Her balance issues are much worse since she had the seizure last weekend. The vets are trying to reassure us that it's just going to take a couple weeks for the medicine to really get into her system and that she'll be much better then but we're all kind of beside ourselves having to see her so unstable and we really don't feel like we're doing right by her. She walks a little sideways and quick turns make her fall to the floor. Even when we lean down to pet her if she's standing she falls over. It's so damn upsetting. I look into her little face and into her eyes and I see she doesn't feel well. She's so confused. She doesn't understand what's wrong. My mom is still half convinced it was more than a seizure and that it was a stroke. She is alert though, she knows her name and looks at you when you talk to her. She knows when it's feeding time and is always ready and waiting for her food. So it's the little things right now that we're clinging to. I give her lots of attention and love to make sure she knows I'm here. My mom said she thought Cupcake seemed a lot calmer once I got home. So that made me feel good. Jack is Jack. There's nothing new there. He's the same little bugger he always is but a lovable little bugger. Thankfully he's had no issues as of late himself as that would really just put us over the top. I do think he senses things are different now. We do have to scold him when we bring him in because he always runs in like a shot and there's been a few times he's nearly knocked Cupcake over. My mom said the other night he was nudging her. I don't quite know what that is about but perhaps it his way of saying he knows she's not well. Thanks for asking AIH. How is Stanley? | |

| Good morning and may you all have an awesome Easter! I'll be cleaning and cooking all morning into early afternoon. Nothing like a holiday I'll try to pop in now and then during the day. Canear, I took some pix but I am not thrilled with most of them. The restaurant was very dark inside so my flash went off ruined the eyes. Bride looks possessed Outside the chapel Inside the chapel You hear me talk about cousin Tim and his wife Erika from Germany. This is Ericka. They are moving from Germany to Hong Kong this upcoming Thursday! Erika is a lovely lady and has a great job with Adidas. She was transferred to Hong Kong with a big promotion. Tim is a High School teacher and will be teaching English at the International School in Hong Kong. Erika is actually super pretty, but very poor photo. Like pix of me Linda and Rich - parents of the bride and who we spend every Xmas Eve with and have for 28 years! Laura and Dave! She looked lovely! This pic is awful and how pix of me always turn out that is why I hate pix of me! Trust me, in person Laura looked lovely. Her dress is filled with sparkles - front and back - and they do not show up in my photos anything like in person. Cake! Forget Me Nots were the theme of the wedding. Laura and Dave with Rob Cutting the cake: Our table The bar - which was right by our table! | |

| Ha! They knew where to sit you guys! Great pictures FC. The bride was lovely and the groom handsome. That restaurant has such character! Love it! Much nicer than those sedate halls people rent. Nice and sunny here today. One word for today......laundry. | |

| Thanks ladies! Laura and Dave paid for the wedding. It is his second marriage and he has 3 children. So they kept it small - only 100 people. So it was not in the regular big and fancy rooms there for the weddings. It was in the room for smaller parties. The whole restaurant has the old world Italian charm and feel. Even the bathrooms! We totally loved the place and cannot wait to eat there for our anniversary! We have never had turkey for Easter. Always ham or lamb. Haven't done lamb in ages though since most in my family do not care for it. I am doing a honey baked spiral ham. Couldn't decide on the veggies so green beans, asparagus and a blend of broccoli and cauliflower. Mashed spuds of course. Various rolls etc. Must get back to working! Oh, love the Easter cat! Canear, I did laundry last night when we got home. FUN! | |

| Brunch just over. Chef Keeda's french toast stuffed with bannana's and strawberry's, topped with homemade whipped cream and pure maple syrup. With a fruit cup on the side. (cantaloup, melon, watermelon, grapes, blueberries.)
Turkey in the oven, sweet potatoes in the oven, squash casserole which is topped with pecans and brown sugar waiting to go in, potatoes on the stove for mashed potatoes, broccoli washed and ready to steam. Rolls made and cheesecake made. Need to make the strawberry topping.
Easter hunt about to start once Gramma and Kirah get here.
Pooped but satisfied. Love making feasts for my loved ones.

| FC, Terry, Kirah and I do not like Ham. My Mom will not eat lamb. She had a pet lamb as a child.
So everyone agreed upon Turkey. Made the lamb last night. Ham last weekend.
