| Shayne Ward does and he has pretty much had it since he won X-factor,(year before leona lewis). When Shayne first came on the show he was so clean faced and he looked so young and not like the sex symble he is now.  Here he is very early on when he did X Factor. He has a little something around the chin area but not much.  I think the facial hair sometimes is a good thing like in Shayne's case.
