| So Angel you haven't posted in here yet with your thoughts on last night's episode. Although, I haven't posted my thoughts either. I admit my head is still spinning and the wheels keep on turning. I really don't know what to say. I'm still trying to process it all.
I love that Kurt won the sing-off with Rachel and knocked her off the crazy train she was running on. I love it even more how at the end they came back together since he didn't do it to hurt her but so she would just quit acting crazy. I'm glad she realized that too.
Loved Blaine's solo performance. He rocked it. He also rocked it in the DIVA performance too!! Kurt would have been very proud! Speaking of Kurt I sure wish he had been part of that number. Mercedes too!

| I will post my thoughts tonight. I will say though I was loving the songs Naya did. All the songs were great were for the show. ******** Okay thoughts on the show. Loved Kurt taking Rachel down a peg and bringing her back to the living and out of crazy psycho diva land. Loved both their versions of Bring Him Home. All should know I adore that song and worry when others sing it but both made it their own and did full justice to the song. Also loved that Rachel even though ticked at Kurt when he chewed her out at the loft still defended him against those two creeps who just follow whoever will get them noticed more. Liked their making up quite a bit cause I love their friendship and two do love each other so much and are the best best friends. I have to say it the Blaine/Tina thing is kind of getting creepy. When Tina was at Blaine's and he was knocked out cause of the cold medicine her climbing on top of him was just not okay. I know she was just putting the rub on him it just was creepy. I do say that her crying and putting her head on his shoulder did make me sad for her. I do feel Blaine needs to draw a line with her cause he is not interested in Women and for some reason she is not getting that through her head. I am hoping when she speaks to Kurt and when Mike is there that maybe smart Tina will come back to earth. I don't fault her for crushing on Blaine cause hell who wouldn't? He has got it all but knowing he is not going to change just because he isn't with Kurt anymore just makes her seem to not really be thinking. Maybe all this is going on cause she misses having a steady boyfriend and it is making her lonely. I feel soooooooooooo bad for Emma. The woman has OCD and she is trying to plan a wedding just hell to the No. Will is away and neither should of said having the marriage on Valentines day when he is not there to help out with things. Emma has been doing amazing but her freak out was not shocking. The day is upon them and she is stressed which the OCD goes into hyperdrive. The thing with Finn I am still confused but to me she has probably been helping him out a lot lately and he appreciates it and she makes him feel better about himself. When she starts having her meltdown and he is trying to help her calm down and not knowing what to do did something he didn't think through and that is where the Kiss happens. I honestly do not think he meant to do that and now the poor guy is going to stress on it forever cause he feels he wronged Will and Emma. Sam and Santana: They both love and care for Brit and want the best for her. I loved their duet together. As of right now I think Sam is the right person for Brit right now. Since they have been dating she is happy and not so sad all the time. Santana: I am so happy she is going to try her dream of being in New York but hell to the no on her doing what she did to Rachel and Kurt I don't care if she is their friend you don't barge in and say you are moving in. Ugh in real life I would say Santana love ya but you need to find somewhere else to live. Seriously where is she going to sleep? That place already has Rachel, Kurt and Brody. Brody of course is sleeping with Rachel so he doesn't need another sleeping area but Santana is not going to sleep with Kurt so something is not good here. I know that Ryan and the writers will probably keep her there but ugh this is not cool. Also if she is going to stay there her attitude better change her still referring to Kurt as Lady Hummel is cruel. If she is going to live in their loft she needs to be kinder to both Kurt and Rachel! On the Diva off I am glad Tina won. She never wins anything and I know that is one thing that has made her so mad for the shows she always feel like she is never really seen. Blaine was great on his song, Santana killed on Girl On Fire! Hoping that covers it all. Can't wait till next week. There better be a happy wedding going on with Will and Emma really tieing the knot. Those two have been through so much and need to be together. They have to be end game for this show as does Klaine and Finchel! Shannon | |

| The songs are up on Mj's for next weeks show and I have listened to two so far. Depeche Mode's Can't Get Enough from Blaine and Kurt is really good. Love hearing the two sing together. Chris and Darren voices always blend so well. Bravo to Jayma Mays, Matthew Morrison and I believe Amber Riley. Their take on (Not) Getting Married Today from Broadways "Company" was exquisite. Matthew in his Broadway element makes me swoon, Jayma just oh my God she blows my mind with how brilliant she was on this song. How did she get all those lyrics out so fast and still make them be able to be heard right. Her diction was so perfect on each word. I believe Amber Riley is doing the opera type singing and all I can say is wow wow wow. So far this is one of my favorite songs of the season. Eta: So Great hearing my Matthew sing again. I have missed him on the show soooooooooooooooo much We Got Tonight from Rachel, Finn, Kurt, Blaine, Santana, Quinn, Artie, Betty, Marley and Jake: Very beautiful. Love all singers on this. Rachel and Finn are front and center on this song for sure. Ellie Goulding's Anything Could Happen from Marley, Artie and Jake: Really Good. All their voices totally shine and the background vocals are good to. Your All I Need To Get By from Marley and Jake is great Shannon | |

| Squeeee listening to the songs from this week! I'll post about those later once I've listened to them all. (IF I can get past listening to Blaine and Kurt that is.)
First thing is first, my thoughts about last week.
I totally agree the Blaine/Tina crush thing is verging into the "creepy" area. I do understand why she has a crush on him. I think any girl would have a crush on him. I suppose it's not totally out of the question for her to fall for him so deeply though. Anything like this could certainly happen in real life. I just find it incredibly sad and quite odd as well that they would take Tina down this road in the first place. Plus even though Blaine knows about her crush he seems perfectly oblivious to the fact that Tina has fallen for him even more. At the end when he went up to her to apologize and then asked her to be his date to the wedding I wanted to reach through my TV and shake him. It was one of those moments I wanted to yell at him, "NO NO NO Blaine STOP. What are you doing??? Why are you doing that?" I sure do hope the talk with Kurt and with Mike being there Tina will realize she needs to let go of this. I don't want to see her hurt or at least more hurt than she has to be because surely this is going to break her heart.
Santana's move to NYC is going to be rather interesting. The way she just moved herself into the loft with Rachel, Kurt and Brody is going to bring on a whole new level of drama. She shouldn't have done it, not that way at least. However, it's Santana and that was a very Santana thing to do. I will say it's great that she is finally going after what she really wanted to begin with. She wants the chance to pursue her dreams too.
There's no denying Santana still loves Brittany, but so does Sam. For right now I agree with you Angel, Sam is the best one for her. He really makes her happy as she does for him. The two of them have such a really cute and fun connection. They get each other in a way others haven't. The chemistry between them is sweet.
I feel terrible for Emma. She's trying to plan a wedding all by herself. Will should be there to help her. If he can't be there in person then he should at least give his thoughts and views over the phone and so forth. I think it would make it less stressful for Emma to have input from him instead of him just saying anything she picks will be great. When she started losing it with Finn there it really had to shake him up. I don't think he knew what to do for her to ease things. Clearly it was something that just happened in the moment. He simply didn't know what else to do. However, I'm sure they both are thankful to have had the company of the other with Will gone. Emma has been such a help to Finn with the ND and so on. I doubt anything relationship wise will come of it since Finn is still so in love with Rachel. It certainly looks like Finn is feeling pretty darn guilty and awful about the kiss. I really hope it doesn't eat him up too much. I hope it doesn't cause any other issues either.

| I was not at all happy with last night's episode!!! All the hooking up was ridiculous!! HATED that they had Quinn have sex with Santana!! HATED that they had Artie hook-up first night with Emma's neice. Now I am all for Artie having a nice relationship - but come on! Hated that they had Kurt act like it was just fun sex and nothing meaningful. Hated that they had Rachel have sex with Finn and go home and lie to and make-out with Brody! I have no attachment to Brody so what he does doesn't bother me - but I do have an attachment to Rachel and they are making her cheap! HATE what they have reduced Sue to. She was such a fabulous character on the show in the beginning. What a total waste of a talented actress. She should leave the show! Most of all hated the wedding not happening. That should have been a wonderful episode of love and fun and a happy ending!
I am so not digging Glee this season. Seriously only watching for the singing and dancing. Jayma was amazing on that song!!!

| I've been reading all the spoilers, your posts and other detailed blogs etc about last night's episode. I'm not digging any of it at all. The friend I'm going to see this afternoon has it recorded on DVR so I'm going to watch it with her. | |

| So I did watch last night's episode at my friend's house today. I'm really bummed they made Emma run out on Will. Having her leave him at the alter was the worst thing ever. I really don't understand the thinking behind that particular plot point. Then again I often never understand and have pretty much given up trying to make sense of the couple storylines. Ryan Murphy just infuriates me. I suppose they all need some shaking up, bumps in the road and things to get through in order to reach total happiness. If they didn't have obstacles it would be boring and not very realistic. Even so sometimes I feel like they could have taken different approaches to certain things. Oh well. I really hope there's a good reason behind this madness and somehow things will work out for the two of them. They have to be together.
When I first heard about the Santana/Quinn hook-up I was confused as heck. Like what on earth? WHY? They had to be kidding. However, I will admit the two of them have good chemistry together. In a very odd way but not really odd at all, it worked. I don't see it becoming anything more than what it was portrayed as, which quite honestly leads me to ask the question why do it in the first place? It's very bizarre and not at all anything I expected or wanted. I actually really don't want that to go further, but eh who the heck knows. Once again Ryan Murphy's maddness is confusing.
I feel terrible for Ryder. He truly cares about Marley. I know Jake really cares about her too. Nothing can minimize either of their feelings for her and they shouldn't be compared either. However, it's really obvious Ryder's feelings towards her go far beyond what Jake has shown. I'm glad Marley saw through it all and knew Ryder was behind everything. I don't think she quite grasped the depth of how much he cares until he said as much before kissing her. This love triangle has gotten a whole lot more trickier now.
Kurt and Blaine. On the one hand I squeee'd and felt my heart go pitter patter seeing the two of them together again. On the other hand it couldn't be enjoyed because of what it was made into. Hearing Kurt downplay the whole situation was like a knife to the back. I wanted to smack him upside his head and shake him. I knew going into it that although they would have this randezvous it didn't mean they would be back together. I mean they just brought Adam into the picture. They are definitely going to play around with that some before we see these two boys completely find their ways back to each other. Blaine knows they will. We only need Kurt to figure that out or maybe deep down he knows it too. He could very well just need more time. Then again how can he need more time if the two of them have hooked up more than once? You ladies did catch what Blaine said right? When he said they had been together at Christmas he meant they had been TOGETHER, RIGHT? Hmmm. While I have very conflicting emotions about everything that went on with them I did very much LOVE their flirty duet. I'll always love their duets. (Unless they go all sad and make me want to smack them both..........)
Rachel and Finn OY. I love them, I really do, but I am so over the back and forth between these two particular characters. I thought the speech Finn made before their duet was great and pretty genius. It was one of the best moments he's had in a while. On the flip side the whole thing made me laugh out loud at the same time. I swear I could not stop giggling especially once Rachel made the comment about him being a gardener. Honestly, I know what that whole thing was supposed to stand for and what they wanted to convey, but there were so many innuendos it was riduclous. Like goodness gracious. Rachel's actions bugged me big time. She's had this huge freaking transformation from last season to this season it's crazy. It almost doesn't feel like the same character. Clearly the girl is deluded if she thinks she has a mature open relationship with Brody. She sure is going to be in for quite the shock when she finds out what he's actually been doing when she's away. She's going to be ticked off to the 100th degree and than some. On the subject of her possibly being pregnant. NO, JUST NO! If they do go down that road there's going to be drama galore about the daddy and something will probably happen so she won't have the baby. Ugh. I don't want.
As for that whole mess with Brody I'm not even going to go there.
I'm glad the Tina crush on Blaine situation is resolved. That really was getting quite creepy. Kurt's line to her as he went after her was classic. It shouldn't have been funny but it was. One of the best lines ever.
I want Artie to find someone and be happy like everyone else. Emma's niece Betty was certainly interesting. She was so mean. I wish they didn't have those two get together like that. Artie deserves better. He deserves more. Maybe they'll explore that a bit or at least that's the way they made it seem, but geesh that could have been handled so much better. I did not like it.
All in all it wasn't a terrible episode. The theme of it certainly wasn't my favorite. I wouldn't say it was a complete waste or disappointment yet it wasn't what I wanted or hoped for in the least especially for a Valentine's Day episode. Meh.

| It bothered me because these kids are so young and so many young viewers and this episode was all about jumping into bed with people like it was breathing. I hated that they had Quinn hook-up with Santana! She's not gay. Never showed any interest in being gay. It was like hey no guy to have sex with so what the heck!
I'm hanging onto this show by a thread and Ryan is close to cutting that thread for me. I mainly watched the other night to see Will and Emma finally marry and that was taken away. They have messed with those two long enough. It was time to have that happy ending.
Like I said, I'm hanging on because I like music and singing and dancing. For me - the writing and some of the characters have just gone to hell. It is easy to see why the award nominations and wins have nearly dried up.

| My thinking on the Quinn and Santana thing is this. Quinn was on a I HATE MEN KICK she and Santana used fake id's to get booze they were both obviously tipsy or drunk and Quinn maybe feeling lonely and Santana missing Brit who is having loads of fun with her man Sam were leaning on one another for the evening and being under the influence just went with things. I have heard alcohol makes you at times do things you wouldn't do normally. I do not drink so I don't know if it is true. I would think if you got tipsy enough maybe it would. Adam has said when he has got drunk he makes out with women so maybe it is true. I do hope it is only a one time showing for them cause Santana loves Brit not Quinn. Teddy on Kurts line to Tina when he is going after her made me crack up. As I said it is not funny it is just the way he said it. It was hilarious and classic. Oh yes I caught it when Blaine mentioned Christmas. I honestly feel Kurt is trying to protect his heart. I think what they were doing means more to him then he is saying but I just think he needs a little bit more time to just open up and say all is forgiven and that they can be a couple again. Also with Ryan Murphy in charge I believe Ryan is doing to the Klaine fans exactly what he is doing to the Will and Emma fans. He is trying to torture them. He knows that the fans of these couples are only wanting them together and he is like holding that hostage. I hate it when this happens. I just want my favorite couples together and happy. When Rachel finds out what Brody REALLY does when she is away she is going to flip out. Having an open relationship is one thing but him being a escort or hooker you never know how many women he is with a day. Ugh just gross. They made Brody just yucky. Ryan needs to brake up Brody and Rachel and just have her get back together with Finn who all knows she wants to be with. Seriously this is Rachel we are speaking of. If she was anywhere near loving Brody she would not be cool with an open relationship but she doesn't love him she loves Finn but because she is in NY and Finn in Lima she continues to stay with the guy for all we know has slept with all the girls at NYADA. Again poor Ryder my heart is still breaking for him. I think Marley and Jake are cute together and I want that to last but ugh I want Ryder to have happiness to and he and Marley were cute together to. Ugh this is so hard. Shannon | |

| Spoilers for Episode 16!! - Quote :
- After the Glee kids sing songs from the movies on March 7, it will be time for them to put up their dukes. The March 14 episode is titled “Feud” and will feature several fun mashups consisting of songs from artists who have feuded for real!
The Official FOX summary reads, “For the first time in glee club history, the students give the teachers, Will and Finn, an assignment to hash out the tension between them. Meanwhile, Santana becomes increasingly suspicious of Brody’s side job in the all-new “Feud” episode of GLEE…” And the Unofficial Glee Zone summary ”The kids of New Directions intervene as tensions continue to grow between Finn and Mr. Schue. The gleeks turn the tables on their teachers and assign them the theme of “Epic Musical Feuds” in the hopes it will lead to peace between their leaders.” Can we can assume that Finn reveals to Will that he kissed his bride-to-be Emm? They battle it out with songs by Nsync (Finn) and Backstreet Boys (Will). Jane Lynch told Wetpaint in a recent interview: “I’m in the middle of a feud with Mr. Darren Criss, who plays Blaine, and I’m blackmailing him basically to get back on the Cheerios,” she says. But why? The answer is simple. “‘cause I want his ass on my Cheerios.” They sing songs from those feuding American Idol judges, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey!
Santana sings “Cold Hearted Snake” and something tells me it has to do with what she uncovers about Brody’s extra-curricular activities (man whore?). Rachel and Brody sing “How to Be a Heartbreaker,” and it sounds like there will be no winner in that battle. Who knows why Ryder and Unique are feuding, but why not name check Sir Elton John and one of his many feuds–with Madonna! And finally, Ryder and Jake going mano a mano (over Marley, no doubt) with a….Tegan and Sarah song? Interesting.
How To Be A Heartbreaker by Marina & The Diamonds – Rachel & Brody Cold Hearted Snake by Paula Abdul – Santana Lopez I Still Believe by Mariah Carey vs Superbass by Nicki Minaj – Blaine vs Sue Bye Bye Bye by *NSYNC vs I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys – Will vs Finn The Bitch Is Back by Elton John vs Dress You Up by Madonna – Ryder vs Unique Closer by Tegan and Sarah – Ryder and Jake

| I am excited for the Nsync/Backstreet Boys mashup and so excited that Will gets the BSB song I am glad that they are trying to get the Will and Finn thing out of the way now. I don't want Finn feeling like he lost his father figure and best friend cause of his mistake. Also I don't want Will being so angry which I happen to feel he will be when he does find out what happened. From the article I read Matthew says tensions get pretty heated between the two and things are very up in the air. Ryan Murphy better not screw this up he needs to make them reconcile. I love that it is Santana that will be the one to catch onto Brody's side job. Shannon | |
