| I found this post at AO concerning the Seattle presale..........and I did try too..... - Quote :
Two of us tried and tried for 45 minutes after the presale started and neither of us got through. WTF? I'm crushed. And I'm really pissed that tickets were on stubhub at 10:15 for $87! It just isn't right. I liked the idea of seeing Adam in a small venue, but it sure makes it lucrative for the scumbags. Trying again tomorrow, and Friday, if needed. $%*!@!!
GA price was $35. Most of the posts I read, were not successful in getting tickets.

| I know. It's been going on forever and it seems it is worse now because of internet buying. | |

| A post from someone trying for Rockford tickets....... - Quote :
- Oh and BTW, I tried for tickets at Rockford Illinois which is pretty close and it was a freakin' train wreck. The tickets were being sold at the venue, and it would show tickets, you would click on them , wait.....and then it would say, those tickets have been taken, try again..... And so it went for one hour and 10 minutes until it finally said all tickets were sold out. Very frustrating. I take back all the mean things I ever said about TICKETBASTARD - this was much worse.

| I'm not sure he meant it like that CC, but it's possible. I just think he meant those would be the THREE elements of the entire show. So a little bit rock, a little bit of acoustic and a little bit of dance/glam. Sounds perfect to me. | |

| That makes perfect sense, Teddy! Thanks for clearing that up for me!! And it does sound perfect! I was just thinking that some of the crummy venues with small stages might force him to do a more intimate show! What do I know?!!! | |

| Awww, it's okay CC. They might (and I'm sure they will) make some kind of adjustments to the show with the smaller venues if it's totally necessary but I don't think it'll change all that much. I'm sure the set list will be the same for the most part. It's just a matter of how it's presented that might be different. | |

| I looked into the Washington DC venue, which is the 9:30 Club, and of course it's GA/SRO too! There were some comments about the club, some good and some not so good, but I especially enjoyed this one: "I don't know how people have been sold on the idea of not sitting, but standing, for two hours to hear music. What a scam. Rent a hall, don't furnish it, over price drinks, and people will come. Still, a solid sound system. I just don't think it is worth it to stand there like a peasant idol worshiper." ETA: Tickets went on sale at 10 this morning, and it is now SOLD OUT! You go, Adam! | |

| That review is too funny! And sad at the same time though.
Glad tix are selling so well for Adam. Makes you think they could have booked larger/better venues.

| Whoever was in charge of booking venues for this tour didn't have a clue as to the power of the Glambert! And that is really too bad, IMHO! | |

| I think everybody knows now that they should have and could have booked better venues. Adam deserves better. The fans deserve better too. | |

| Indeed! I really feel for the fans. So disappointing.
Too bad TeamAdam couldn't go back to the drawing board and say OOPS! We need to redo this tour. I know it's not possibly though.

| I'm glad some of the venues, such as Toronto and OC, are to the size and caliber that Adam deserves. I wonder if part of the problem was booking the venues late because they didn't decide on a solo tour as early as might be necessary for some the larger venues, especially in the summer. Just a thought........and maybe that's what is taking so long for southern dates to be announced, they're looking to get into larger venues in Florida, Texas and the like.
No matter what, the buzz for the tour is incredible and he is one of the hot tickets this summer for certain.

| I've been thinking the same thing too canear. A lot of the bigger venues have to be booked way in advance especially for the summer because that's when everybody and their brother go out on tour. Even though many cities have quite a few venues to pick from of various sizes and styles you've got to get a head start on them in the early part of the year otherwise you don't really stand a chance. | |
