ADAM'S 2010 CONCERT DATES

I just want to see him once, that for me is enough as much as I love him I have my priorities in order.

One show would be fine for me too FY.

FC, I know how much you say concerts aren't really in your budget a lot of the time and that it would it be too much of a hassle for you even if it were Adam. Despite all that though I hope with all my heart that you do get to see him sometime at least once. As much as you say it's not at the top of your list and it's not that important I know it would mean the world to you. So I hope somehow things work out for you to go see him whenever he comes closest to you.

I hope it works out for me to see him once. I will admit I do not want to see him at a fair or casino. I want a real indoor theater like The Chicago Theater where we saw Clay a few times. A good size stage, good lights and sound, a nice size energetic crowd! I'm holding out for that!

Oh, it's OK. Just so dang many doctor and hospital bills I know we don't have problems like so many other people do and we are well off in many ways. I just hate seeing so many bills that we can't just pay off right quickly and they are going to drag on and on.....

I know the feeling. Well kind of. I have two bills that I've been paying off since January. Back at the beginning of the year I had four to start with. Now I'm down to the two but it's going to take me at least another two months to get them both paid off. So I get the dragging on and on thing. I know nothing of mine can compare since I'm just looking after myself, but I do understand.

I just want to see him once to. I have my wish list of people I want to see and of I only got to see them once then I could be happy with that. Adam for sure is on that list as well as Kris and some other artist.

I hope to see him at least once...........somewhere. It will depend on where and when as to if I can afford it or if time will allow if I have to travel. Hubby doesn't 'get' the whole concert thing, let alone Adam, so it's gonna be a hard sell.

Same here Sky. Hubby doesn't get Adam at all - well, he won't even try to get Adam - and I know there is no way he is going to pay $200 for us to go to a concert anytime soon. I say two hundred because that is what it cost for us to see Clay the last two times we saw him. Not when that $200 can go to one of the doctors Eric owes. Plus the fact that we have two bridal showers and two weddings and a graduation all by July 3rd. There is a baby christening coming up too. Probably more than one by the end of summer. So yeah, this summer for concerts is a toughie

I just want to reiterate teddy's sentiment in that I hope all who want to can find a way to see Adam. I know it's easier for me because I just have me to worry about but if it's something you really want to do and that would make you happy I hope you and those around you consider going. There are priorities I know, but you only live once. Do what makes you happy.

Oh hubby would take me if I said I really wanted to go. He went to Clay concerts with me and even though he didn't say anything I know he couldn't have cared less to be seeing him.

All he would say right now is "Deb, we really are not in a position to spend money on a concert". And I know he is right. That is why I commented on the $35 tix. Now that we could do! The last two times we saw Clay the tix for the Xmas shows at The Chicago Theater were $96 each. Then there was gas to drive there and parking. So probably about $235 for the evening right there.

Mine would NOT go, he wouldn't go to any concert. He doesn't see the point and the money spent, but that's just him. We went to a few when we were younger. I have money saved up, but if I have to fly to a concert, he isn't gonna like it. I can always find someone to go with me, my sister likes Adam, but my sister wouldn't be that much fun to go with me. I'd love to meet my friend from NS for a concert! Right now, on randomly picked weekend flights to Toronto are running close to $500 for me.

Yeah, $500 to fly is a lot of money! Things are just tough for people all the way around right now. Man, my Aunt Mary sent me some upsetting info about Congress this morning :x Hate these people!! Give themselves $3000 a month COLA raises but take away from the seniors!!!! UGH! HATE!

Hubby will go with me, he went to all of Clay's concerts he my daughter and my grandson before they moved to Las Vegas went with me, my grandson even came to go with us to The Greek Theater and that was an snoozer after that I said: I won't ever go to a Clay concert again.

Hubby likes Adam he even likes Lady Gaga for heavens sake, we are a couple of cool old folks.

Good for your hubby! Mine is still stuck on 'old' music, that he listened to many years ago. He is tolerant of some of my music.....just some of it.

I was one of those who said I would be happy seeing him just once. That's all I needed. But that was before I did see him once on the AI tour. Front Row, ladies!!! All that did was make me hungry for more. So now I'm like a drug addict. I have to have just one more.
