| I guess we're both in the same boat caneat except for dinner reasons. I don't have cable and they're just not broadcasting it there for some strange reason. So bummed. I really want to see this match. |

i think ESPN bought the rights to have the US Open when USA station stopped caring the coverage this year. So ESPN decided they wanted to have the finals on their station so i have a feelng they outbid CBS for the finals.
****
Second set is going on and they are on serve. 1-2 Caraline is serving to get it to 2-2.

| Ugh. That makes me really depressed. If they start showing practically all of tennis on cable the way they do with ice skating I'm going to be so mad. Blah! |

I just wish I had seen it! My stupid sports network cut it off in the 3rd set!! |
I am psyched for Del Potro. he has had a great summer and this just caps it off.
I say congrats to both guys. This went five sets. They gave the crowd what they wanted.

| Does anyone follow figure skating? I'm getting very excited about the upcoming Olympic season. Thank God for icenetwork.com since we see so little on US TV anymore. I can't believe another Olympic season is almost here. |

I do! I'm quite excited for the Olympics as well since they are in Vancouver! The Canadians have contenders in every discipline this year so it's going to be quite exciting!
Patrick Chan is our Canadian hope in Men's. He's a real cutie!
I had the pleasure of seeing the debut of our ice dancer's original program at a regional meet in August. Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir are going to be real contenders this season and it's going to be quite exciting to see how their program comes together by the time the Olympics take place.
Who are the top contenders in the US this year? |
