I think this movie deserves it's own thread. I brought over Aerwin's Italian article photos to start it off.

Can you tell I am just a little excited about this film? Those photos came just in the nick of time. My husband is starting the backdrop canvas painting and now I have my inspiration photo...The last shot in the room with the panelling! cheers

OMFG I knew the artwork and sets would be fabulous, but this looks even better than I imagined!

I CANNOT wait!!! Seriously. I know this movie will an edge to it and it should! Have you read Alice in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass? Some parts are frightening. I just found out today another of my favorite actors , Alan Rickman is playing the caterpillar. And Micheal Sheen is the White Rabbit. This is one terrific cast. And of course Helena Bonham Carter is the red queen !!

I have not read the complete books, only parts. I am going to read them though...I think I will appreciate the film even more.

The cast is just phenomenal. I love so many of the actors. I am so glad they cast a newcomer as Alice too. I think that makes it more interesting.

I hope more photos of the film get released periodically. That just fuels my curiosity and gives me more inspiration for my related projects.

I want to see this movie. I love everything Alan Rickman has done and I also like Helena Bonham Carter. When is going to be released?

Oh goodness!!! It looks freaking amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! bounce

When I think back to 21 Jump Street it just amazes me that that young man on the show became one of the best and most important and most loved actors of our time!

So true! I was hoping the movie would be released in January.

I am kind of bummed it will be March! what I must say the Cheshire is quite a shocker...I will be getting another Pipos one I suppose. I really liked him, but thought the gray woul'nt work out to be enough like the movie. I better go look at that trailer again because he looks gray with brown stripes...
