When Hugh Jackman pulled Anne Hathaway out of the audience, did anyone else have flashbacks to when Snow White grabbed Rob Lowe so they could sing together? But she did a really good job.

Oh about those "less interesting" awards. Apparently they're required to be shown on the televised broadcast because of trade union rules.

I know the Grammies and the Emmies have a separate ceremony that is not televised where they give out the more minor awards. However, they do announce who won during the broadcast.

Yes, I like the way the Emmies and Grammys do it. Though I thought this year's Grammys should have shown a few more of the more important awards.

So the union is to blame for the boring parts!
