I watched "Wall.E" on DVD last night...AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW sooooooooo sweet!!! And ahem....I think I have proved my point about not wanting to "kill" the carbon monoxide detector as posted in a different thread (I owe you one Aerwin Wink )
Of course I didn't cry at all at it *cough*, & a pet cockroach looks quite appealing now! (ok...maybe not)

I haven't watched that one yet, but we do have it. Cockroach, there's a cockroach in Wall.E??

(you are not going to win me over with those Barney Bug stories kleenexgirl no you are not!)

I am going to pee my pants, I'm laughing so hard!!

I'm not sure what I would do with a cockroach, you can't simply squash it like any other bug, they are too big............ooh, the though makes me cringe. I'd have no qualms about killing it or somehow getting it out of my site...........Sorry Drifty. Bugs freak me out, especially big bugs.

WALL E is the cutest movie!!! I just love it.

We saw Public Enemies Fri, It was really good. I give it a B- . The minus is because I do not feel the Dillinger Character was as fleshed out as he could be. The movie was over 2 hours but they left out several intersting things. Dillinger had plastic surgery at one point to change his appearance and that was not even mentioned. Christian Bale did a good job. Thank GAWD he did not do that whispery annoying voice he does in Batman . Colin said he did it in Terminator too. He does have the prettiest eyes.
Of course the movie had that stlylistic Micheal Mann vilolence. Of course Johnny looked good .

Laughing I'm glad I'm not the only one who found that totally ridiculous. What a joke. It totally showcased how great Heath's performance was because it was like batman was a supporting character or something. Rolling Eyes

Glad you enjoyed Public Enemies Aerwin. Your review is much better than another friend of mine's. She did'nt care for it at all.

I look forward to watching Public Enemies too (when it's On Demand on TV - I rarely go to the cinema)
It's be possibly more factual than previous films? (although as Aerwin said, certain parts were missed out completely)

I'd like to see an update of "Bonnie & Clyde" too....the 1967 version made me rethink about "Public Enemies" having feelings! (I was a young teen when I saw it btw!)

A re make of Bonnie and Clyde would be great. I 'm surprised it's not been thought of yet. I 've never seen the original . I am going to put that on my Netflix.

I thought there was a remake in the works with Hillary Duff in the Bonnie role shrugging

I mean that IS when Faye Dunaway said "you'd think they could get a real actress for the role" and Hillary responded with some unkind remarks. It went on for awhile.

Oh I didn't hear about that! But yeah I kinda agree with Faye on that. I hear Faye is a real piece of work.

Well, several of Hillary's recent projects have fallen through - including TV series - so it wouldn't surprise me if Faye's public comments didn't kind of put a damper on a remake.

I saw the new Harry Potter movie today. I thought it was really good but not quite as exciting as the other ones have been. They are making two movies from the last book and the next one should really be good. I thought it really helped to have read the book first as they have to leave out so much for the movie.

It was a great late morning movie and lunch with my grandson. He had a great time and so did I, just the two of us!
