Congrats! She is way cool! Love the dress and the black wig you got her! The little chess piece is super cute too!

So glad you got her so quickly!

Hope your whole day was awesome! Mine was crazy!! Both babies were cranky and wanted to be held all day Evil or Very Mad Rob's car repair cost was $1,075.91! Eric's car was towed to another repair shop as this guy can't figure out what is wrong! Justin's HNPP has been acting up and he has been freaking out! I made him an appointment with Eric's shrink tomorrow morning to help him deal with the stress. He is so fearful of losing the full use of his hands. I am looking for a new neurologist him. Also, today I spoke with an Occupational Therapist about working with him.

Also, he has decided to leave Waubonsee after this semester and wants to go to an art school. He was on the phone all day with several and has an appointment at one next Monday at 1:00. It is about an hour away. We will probably be looking at student loans for this one. He plans to go year round and get his BA in 3 years. I hope it all works out for him.

I really need one of these tonight!! wine

Thanks! She is a special one for sure, and worth the money since she really is a little piece of collectable art. *choke, choke* I think I will be able to use the red wig for my tiny Mad Hatter sometime when I get him. It is cute, but does'nt stay on very well and is a soft mohair, so messes up easily. It seems a tad too small.

Sounds like you had the day from Holy Hell! Get those wine coolers going my laydee!

In the big scheme of things, I would be ready to go on a drinking binge after the day you had! So sorry you have had such a run of bad luck with the cars, and now Justin's HNPP is bothering him again. Do you worry that he may have trouble with an art career that will rely so heavily on using his hands?

Yes, I am very worried. So is he. This art school he is trying to get into will be more for for graphic art/web design/computer animation etc. He wants a career where he can create and be creative.

The reason I was big on him seeing Dr. Gallagher is because lately he has been so worried about it that I wonder if he is bringing on the symptoms through the stress.

Yeah, the car situation is like a bad joke Evil or Very Mad

Well, the good thing about the computer drafting or arts is that he can get special adaptive equipment if he needs it and can modify what and how he designs based on his abilities at a given time.

That is such a rip Rob's company does'nt buy him a company rig to use and pay for the upkeep too.

His company did have company cars for many years. They stopped it about 10 years ago when most companies did. Yeah, it pisses my mom off too because he is on the road so much. Same with the pizza drivers. They used to have special cars with the name of the restaurant on a sign on the top, but those all went away too No

Oh well, let's hope today is a better day! praying

Well, yesterday was better. Jake is feeling a little better and not as clingy - so that helps as the little guy Luke is teething and wants to be held a lot. I swear you'd think I would have huge biceps!!

Still no word on Eric's car Getting quite annoyed with that situation.

Justin and I did more checking into that art school he has a meeting at. It is a small private school and it is pretty costly. We are going to have to check into student loans. Justin's only real issue is the drive and if he wants to spend that much time on the road every day. There are a couple more schools we can check out though. He won't be going until the fall and needs to put a good portfolio together by the middle of spring.

Well, Impldoll put out another MSD. I sure wish they would put out their tiny dolls. I just really want to see them before Xmas time.

Hope you have a great day! TTYL~

Glad you has a better day! I wonder if the art school has dorms? I know it is pricey, but having him drive so far every day would cost a fortune too, plus waste so much time, nevermind the dangers in bad weather. Plus, he could come home on weekends so he can still be around which would be nice.

Well, I sold Gump.... The strategy of threatening to put him on ebay and a low price with lots of freebies worked yet again. A really interesting gal our age bought him from Colorado. It is amazing how many cool people are into this hobby.

Yes, it will be fun to see the new Impl tinies. I bet they will be nice!

Have a great day and TTYL!

HA! No - living there adds about $12,000 per year to the price! And that's not including food!

It should only take him 45 mins. to get there if traffic isn't bad. He will need to give himself about an hour or more in the morning depending on what the traffic is like. Problem is right now he is used to getting to school in 3 mins. and no traffic at all.

I bet the tiny dolls are going to be super cute and I am just so anxious to see them!

Congrats on selling Gump!

Hope you had an awesome day off!

It's just been pouring here all day and now we are having some really nasty winds with the rain. Bummer... But Halloween is supposed to be really nice!

It rained here too! I have been a bum all day doing crafts all day and taking photos of my dolls! What a life!

I have to work on Halloween unfortunately, and am not sure what the weather is supposed to be.

Hey, I actually made a little beaded crown today that came out pretty cool-I'll post a pic of it over in the photo thead.

Bummer you have to work on Halloween - I know you love Halloween.

I'll be going out with mom in the morning and will be home by 2:30 as Treat-or-Treating starts at 3:00 and I need to have everything ready for the little ghosts and goblins! monster

I bet you get tons of trick or treaters at your place! Between all the kids that are in your daycare and ones's from the past I know you will be stocking up on lots of candy! We don't get any because we live on acreage and close our gate. We don't have it lit at night and don't want little kids falling into our pond or getting scared by our dogs and people around here seem to stay in subdivisions or neighborhoods anyway.

Yes, I am not surprised you do not get any kids there. I didn't know you had a pond! Cool!

We do get at least 100 I would say every year.
